اثر کوتاهمدت حرکات کششی ایستا و پویا بر نسبت عملکردی و رایج عضلة همسترینگ به چهارسررانی زنان ورزشکار
هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر کوتاهمدت حرکات کششی ایستا و پویا بر اوج گشتاور برونگرا عضلة همسترینگ و نسبت عملکردی و رایج عضلة همسترینگ بر چهارسررانی زنان ورزشکار بود. در این پژوهش، 16 زن ورزشکار رشتة فوتسال (2/4 ± 24 سال و وزن 83/15 ± 65/52 کیلوگرم) و بدون سابقة آسیبدیدگی در اندام تحتانی شرکت کردند. از آزمودنیها در سه جلسة مختلف در یکی از وضعیتهای بدون کشش (کنترل)، کشش ایستا و کشش پویا، میزاناوج گشتاور ایزوکینتیک عضلات چهارسررانی و همسترینگ در انقباضهای درونگرا و برونگرا اندازهگیری شد. جلسة تمرینهای کششی آزمودنیها شامل چهار حرکت کششی برای گروههای عضلانی اصلی در اندام تحتانی (همسترینگ، چهارسررانی، نزدیککنندههای ران و عضلة سوئز) بود. حرکات کششی دو بار و هر بار 30 ثانیه در وضعیت کشش ایستا و 15 تکرار دوثانیهای در وضعیت کشش پویا با فاصلة استراحت بهمدت 20 ثانیه انجام شد. 15 دقیقه پس از اتمام حرکات کششی، آزمونهای ایزوکینتیک با استفاده از دینامومتر ایزوکینتیک- بایودکس برای تعیین اوج گشتاور برونگرا و درونگرا و نیز، نسبت رایج و عملکردی همسترینگ به چهارسررانی در سرعتهای زاویهای 60 و 180 درجه بر ثانیه انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری دوعاملی (سرعت زاویهای و نوع کشش) در سطح P تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که 15 دقیقه پس از پایان کشش، کاهش اوج گشتاور برونگرای همسترینگ در وضعیت کشش پویا معنادار بود. همچنین، در متغیر نسبت رایج قدرت همسترینگ به چهارسررانی، تغییرات معناداری پس از انجام کشش ایستا و پویا مشاهده نشد. نتایج در متغیر نسبت عملکردی نیز نشاندهندة کاهش معنادار آن در کشش پویا در مقایسه با وضعیت بدون کشش و کشش ایستا بود (>0.05P). براساس یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش، بهنظر میرسد 15 دقیقه استراحت غیرفعال، برخی اثرهای نامطلوب کشش ایستا را برطرف میکند؛ اما درزمینة توصیه به استفاده از حرکات کششی پویا باید احتیاط بیشتری کرد.

تأثیر مصرف مکمل ملاتونین بر عملکرد قلبی پس از فعالیت ورزشی شدید در سالمندان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر مصرف مکمل ملاتونین بر عملکرد قلبی در بازگشت به حالت اولیۀ فعال پس از فعالیت ورزشی شدید در سالمندان بود. نمونۀ آماریپژوهش را هشت سالمند مرد فعال بین سنین 55 تا 75 سال (با میانگین سنی 9/5±8/65؛ قد 2/7±1/168؛ وزن 7/8±7/74) با حداقل هفتهای دو جلسه فعالیت ورزشی مرتب تشکیل دادند. این افراد با طرح متقاطع در سه مرحلۀ اندارهگیری پایه، دارونما و مکمل ملاتونین بهصورت دوسوکور موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. پس از ارائۀ توضیحات و تکمیل رضایتنامه، تغییرات ضربان قلب، انقباضپذیری و همودینامیک قلب و عروق در دورۀ استراحتی پیش از فعالیت و در دورۀ بازگشت به حالت اولیۀ فعال پس از فعالیت ورزشی شدید بر روی نوارگردان بهمدت پنج دقیقه با دستگاه الکتروکاردیوگرافی و کاردیواسکرین ثبت گردید. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نیز با استفاده از نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس و آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه با اندازهگیری تکراری و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی انجام شد. نتایج نشان میدهد که مکمل ملاتونین موجب بهبود معنادار بازیافت ضربان قلب پس از فعالیت و بهبود غیرمعنادار اکسیژن مصرفی فلات شده است؛ اما تأثیری بر ضربان قلب استراحتی و مقاومت عروق دربرابر جریان خون نداشته است. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده بهنظر میرسد که این مکمل با اثرات تعدیلکنندۀ سمپاتیکی خود، دارای تأثیرات مطلوبی بر افراد سالمند درحین فعالیت ورزشی باشد؛ لذا، برای نتیجهگیری قطعی نیاز به مطالعات بیشتر و آزمودن دوزهای بالاتر میباشد.

تأثیر فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید انسدادی بر عملکرد سیستم ضداکسایشی و شاخصهای آسیب سلولی زمانهای بازیافت در زنان غیرفعال
هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید همراه با انسداد بر عملکرد سیستم ضداکسایشی و شاخصهای آسیب سلولی زمانهای بازیافت در زنان غیرفعال بود. 14 زن دانشجوی غیرفعال دانشگاه خوارزمی با (میانگین قد 69/6±21/161 سانتیمتر، وزن 81/6±92/58 کیلوگرم، سن 86/1±57/25 سال، شاخص تودة بدنی53/2±48/22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی87/4±87/39 میلیلیتر/ کیلوگرم/ دقیقه) بهصورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه انسدادی (هفت نفر) و غیرانسدادی (هفت نفر) تقسیمبندی شدند. قبل، بلافاصله، سه ساعت و 48 ساعت پس از انجام آزمون از آزمودنیها خونگیری شد تا میزان آنزیم ضداکسایشی و شاخصهای آسیب سلولی ازطریق روش آزمایشگاهی الایزا مشخص شود. از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف برای بررسی طبیعیبودن توزیع دادهها استفاده شد. همچنین، از آزمونهای تحلیل واریانس آنوا با اندازهگیری مکرر دوراهه با عامل بینگروهی در سطح معنادار(P<0.05) استفاده گردید و درصورت وجود اختلاف معنادار از آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که پس از یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید، بین گروههای انسدادی و غیرانسدادی در میزان گلوتاتیون ردوکتاز تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت. همچنین، در میزان لاکتات دهیدروژناز گروههای انسدادی و غیرانسدادی تفاوت معنادار نبود؛ اما در میزان کراتین کیناز گروههای انسدادی و غیرانسدادی تفاوت معنادار بود و میزان آن در گروه انسدادی افزایش یافت. بهطورکلی، بهنظر میرسد که فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید انسدادی توانسته است میزان آسیب سلولی را در گروه انسدادی بهطور معناداری افزایش دهد.

بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی بر سطوح هورمون آدیپونکتین، نیمرخ لیپیدی و hs-CRP پلاسمایی در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر نیمرخ لیپیدی، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله، گلوکز خون ناشتا، hs-CRP، مقاومت به انسولین و هورمون پپتیدی آدیپونکتین در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود. 22 زن غیرفعال و چاق مبتلا به دیابت (سن 2/3±9/45 سال، شاخص تودۀ بدنی 67/0±7/30 کیلوگرم/متر مربع، سابقة بیماری 9/2±4/5 سال و گلوکز خون 05/15±7/152 میلی گرم/ دسی لیتر) انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش (11 نفر) و کنترل (11 نفر) تقسیم گردیدند. گروه آزمایش بهمدت هشت هفته (سه جلسه در هفته، جلسهای 60 دقیقه) تمرین هوازی را با شدت 60 تا 80 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه بهصورت دویدن در بخش اصلی تمرین اجرا کردند. دو روز قبل و بعد از دورة تمرینی نمونهگیری خونی انجام شد. HbA1c به روش الکتروکمی لومینسانس، آدیپونکتین و انسولین سرم، hs-CRP با روش الایزا، گلوکز، HDL-C و TG، LDL-C با روش مستقیم و همچنین، کلسترول تام با روش آنزیمی اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون تی همبسته و آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که پس از مداخله، سطوح گلوکز خون ناشتا، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین، HbA1c، hs-CRP، کلسترول، تریگلیسرید،LDL-C ، وزن، BMI و درصد چربی بدن، کاهش یافتند و هورمون آدیپونکتین افزایش معناداری در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل داشت. ارتباط معکوس و معنادار سطوح سرمی آدیپونکتین با گلوکز، کلسترول تام، تریگلیسرید، وزن بدن و درصد چربی بدن مشاهده شد. طبق یافتههای پژوهش حاضر کاهش در چربی احشایی و سطوح لیپیدی ناشی از تمرین هوازی، احتمالاً بر عملکرد آدیپونکتین و کاهش مقاومت به انسولین در بیماران دیابتی اثرگذار است.

تأثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژنهای miR-1 و miR133-a در رتهای مبتلا به آنفارکتوس میوکارد
این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی اثر شش هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژنهای miR-1 و miR-133a در رتهای ویستار نر مبتلا به آنفارکتوس میوکارد انجام شد. دوازده سر رت نر نژاد ویستار 10 هفتهای با وزن 250 تا 300 گرم و مبتلا به انفارکتوس میوکارد در دو گروه تجربی (60 دقیقه دویدن تناوبی روی تردمیل با هر تناوب شامل چهار دقیقه دویدن در شدتی معادل 90-85 درصد VO2max و دو دقیقه بازیافت فعال با شدت دویدن معادل 60-50 درصد VO2max برای چهار روز در هفته و به مدت شش هفته) و گروه کنترل (بدون مداخلة تمرینی) قرار گرفتند. بیان ژنهای ذکرشده بررسی شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخة 18 به روش آماری تی مستقل تجزیهوتحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان داد که مقادیر miR-1 در گروه HIIT(mg/ml33/4) بهطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل (mg/ml 541/3) (0.012=P) بود. همچنین، مقادیر miR-133a نیز در گروه HIIT (mg/ml876/4) بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (mg/ml01/1) (0.001≥P). بهطورکلی، شش هفته تمرین تناوبی با شدت 90-85 درصد VO2max، به افزایش بیان ژنهای miR-1 و miR-133a در رتهای مبتلا به انفاکتوس میوکارد منجر میشود .

تأثیر فعالیت بدنی منظم بر برخی سایتوکینها در افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس: مروری نظاممند
هدف این مقالة مروری، بررسی نظاممند تأثیر فعالیت بدنی منظم بر سایتوکین در افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس است. این مطالعة مروری نظاممند، براساس واژههای سیستم MeSH در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی پاب مد، گوگل اسکولار، ساینس دایرکت و اشپرینگر به زبان انگلیسی و پایگاههای اطلاعاتی مگ ایران و جهاد دانشگاهی به زبان فارسی انجام شد. معیار های انتخاب مقاله شامل فارسی یا انگلیسیبودن زبان مقاله، بازة زمانی 15 سال اخیر، صرفاً مبتلایان به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، بررسی اثر فعالیت بدنی منظم در مبتلایان به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس بههمراه ارزیابی فاکتورهای پیشالتهابی و ضدالتهابی بود. روش کار مطالعات بهوسیلة مقیاس PEDro ارزیابی شد. ازبین 1320 مطالعة موردبررسی، 18 مطالعه شرایط موردنظر را داشتند. میانگین شاخص PEDro مطالعات مرور شده 12/1 ± 72/6 بود. مطالعات از تمرینهای استقامتی (سه مطالعه)، مقاومتی (پنج مطالعه)، ترکیبی (شش مطالعه)، ویبریشن (یک مطالعه) و تمرین در آب (سه مطالعه) استفاده کرده بودند. پرکاربردترین سایتوکین در مطالعات مرورشده بهترتیب مربوط به اینترلوکین شش و 10 (بهترتیب 10 و نه مطالعه) بودند. مطالعات بیشتری لازم است؛ اما فعالیت بدنی منظم میتواند بهعنوان یک روش درمانی کمکی در بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس موردتوجه باشد و ازطریق تعدیل سایتوکینها، بر روند بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس مؤثر باشد.

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی سرعتی بر سطوح آنزیم آنتیاکسیدانی گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز (GPX) و شاخص استرساکسایشی مالوندیآلدئید (MDA)، در بافتهای قلب، کبد و عضلۀ دوقلوی موشهای صحرایی نر ویستار بود. سیزده سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار (میانگین وزنی 68/18 ± 88/225 و سن هشت هفته) بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (تعداد = شش) و تمرین تناوبی سرعتی (تعداد = هفت) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین تناوبی سرعتی با سرعت 30 الی 45 متر در دقیقه دویدن روی نوارگردان مخصوص جوندگان، بهمدت 10 وهلة یک دقیقهای با دو دقیقه استراحت فعال بین وهلهها در هفتۀ اول شروع شد و در پایان هفتة پنجم، به سرعت 75 الی 80 متر در دقیقه بهمدت یک دقیقه با هفت تکرار و سه دقیقه استراحت فعال رسید و این شدت تا پایان دوره ثابت باقی ماند. نتایج تجزیهوتحلیل آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که تمرینهای تناوبی سرعتی منجر به کاهش معنادار سطوح آنزیم گلوتاتیونپراکسیداز در بافت قلب(P=0.001) ، کبد (P=0.002) و عضلة دوقلو (P=0.006) نسبت به گروه کنترل شد. همچنین، سطوح مالوندیآلدئید بافت قلب در گروه تمرینی در مقایسه با گروه کنترلبهطور معناداری افزایش یافت (P=0.001)، براساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، بافتهای مختلف پاسخهای اکسایشی متفاوتی نسبت به فعالیت ورزشی مشابه از خود نشان میدهند و تمرینهای تناوبی سرعتی بافت قلب را بیش از بافتهای کبد و عضلة دوقلو تحتفشار اکسایشی قرار میدهند.

پاسخ فاکتورهای فیبرینولیتیک به پروتکلهای مختلف فعالیت مقاومتی
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پاسخ فاکتورهای فیبرینولیتیک به پروتکلهای مختلف فعالیت مقاومتی بود. با این هدف، 10 مرد سالم (سن 2/2 ± 7/24 سال، قد 7 ± 177 سانتیمتر و وزن 7±3/77 کیلوگرم) و آشنا به تمرین با وزنه، در چهار جلسة جداگانه به فاصلة یک هفته در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. پس از تعیین حداکثر قدرت در جلسة اول، آزمودنیها در سه جلسه بهصورت تصادفی سه فعالیت قدرتی- استقامتی (سه ست، 15 تکراری با 55% یک تکرار بیشینه و یک دقیقه استراحت)، هایپرتروفی (سه ست، 10 تکراری با 70% یک تکرار بیشینه و دو دقیقه استراحت) و قدرتی را (سه ست چهار تا پنج تکراری با 85 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه و سه دقیقه استراحت) اجرا کردند. نمونههای خونی برای اندازهگیری فعالکنندة پلاسمینوژن بافتی (t-PA) و مهارکنندة فعالکنندة پلاسمینوژن (PAI-1) قبل و بلافاصله بعد از فعالیت گرفته شدند. نتایج نشان داد که پروتکلهای فعالیت مقاومتی باعث افزایش معنادار سطـوح t-PA شد (P=0.007)؛ اما در سطوح PAI-1 تغییری ایجاد نکرد (P=0.529 ). مقایسة پاسخ های متغیرهای فیبرینولیتیک به سه جلسه فعالیت نشان داد که افزایش سطوح t-PA بهدنبال پروتکل قدرتی– استقامتی نسبت به دو پروتکل دیگر بیشتر بود. براساس یافتهها، فعالیت مقاومتی موجب افزایش فعالیت سیستم فیبرینولیزیز و کاهش تشکیل ترومبوز میشود و این اثرها در پروتکل فعالیت استقامتی – قدرتی بیشتر است.

کاهش بیان ژن عامل نکروز تومور آلفا و عامل هستهای کاپای بی در بافت ریة موش-های صحرایی پس از یک دوره تمرین شنا
با توجه به نقش مهم التهاب در بروز بسیاری از اختلالات ریوی، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین شنا بر بیان ژن عامل نکروز تومور آلفا و عامل هستهای کاپای بی در بافت ریة موشهای صحرایی بود. برای بررسی این هدف، 20 سر موش صحرایی ویستار پنج هفتهای با محدودة وزنی23 ± 102 گرم بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (تعداد = 10) و تمرین شنا (تعداد = 10) تقسیم شدند. پروتکل تمرین شامل سه ماه تمرین شنا (پنج روز در هفته) بود که از 25 دقیقه در هفتة اول (با اضافه بار تمرینی چهار لیتر در دقیقه) به 60 دقیقه (با اضافه بار تمرینی10 لیتر در دقیقه) در هفتة انتهایی رسید. با استفاده از تکنیک Real-Time PCR، بیان ژنهای عامل نکروز تومور آلفا و عامل هستهای کاپای بی در بافت ریة موشهای صحرایی سنجیده شد. از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف برای بررسی طبیعیبودن توزیع دادهها و آزمون تی مستقل برای مقایسة بینگروهی استفاده گردید (α<0.05). نتایج نشان داد که ۱2 هفته تمرین شنا سبب کاهش معنادار بیان ژنهای عامل نکروز تومور آلفا و عامل هستهای کاپای بی در بافت ریه شد(بهترتیبP=0.0001 و P=0.001). عامل نکروز تومور آلفا و عامل هستهای کاپای بی مسئول اصلی رونویسی آبشاری از سایتوکاینها و کموکاینهای پیشالتهابی و درنتیجه، شروع پاسخهای التهابی هستند؛ بنابراین، بهنظر میرسد که کاهش این عوامل میتواند التهاب و خطر ابتلا به اختلالات ریوی را کاهش دهد.

تأثیر مکملدهی رزوراترول و فعالیت هوازی بر میزان پروتئین SIRT1 و PGC-1α عضلة اسکلتی و UCP-1 بافت چربی زیرپوستی موشهای صحرایی نر
هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین تأثیر همزمان و مکملدهی رزوراترول و فعالیت هوازی بر میزان پروتئین SIRT-1 ، PGC-1α عضلة نعلی و بافت چربی شکمی-کشالهای و UCP-1 بافت چربی شکمی-کشالهای در موشهای صحرایی نر بود. در این پژوهش، 32 سر موش صحرایی(میانگین وزن10 ± 260 گرم، سن هشت هفته)، بهصورت تصادفی به چهار گروه شاهد، تمرین، مکمل-تمرین و مکمل تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرینی بهمدت 12 هفته (هفتهای پنج جلسه، هر جلسه بهمدت 45 دقیقه) روی نوارگردان فعالیت کردند. گروه مکمل-تمرین روزانه 10 میلیگرم بهازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدنشان مکمل رزوراترول دریافت کردند. برای اندازهگیری پروتئین بافتی UCP-1، SIRT1 و PGC-1α از روش الایزا (ساندویچ دوتایی) استفاده شد. آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفهبرای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد و سطح معناداری (P≤0.05) درنظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان پروتئینهای SIRT1 و PGC-1α در بافت عضله و چربی سفید زیرپوستی در گروه تمرین- مکمل و گروه مکمل، بهترتیب با P≤0.001 و P≤0.05 افزایش معناداری داشته است. پروتئین UCP-1 نیز در بافت چربی سفید، پس از تمرینات افزایش معناداری را نشان داد(P≤0.001). با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده، احتمالاً مکملدهی رزوراترول بههمراه فعالیتبدنی هوازی تأثیر قویتری بر افزایش میزان SIRT-1 و PGC-1α عضلة نعلی و بافت چربی شکمی-کشالهای و UCP-1 بافت چربی شکمی-کشالهای نسبت به استفادة جداگانه از فعالیتبدنی یا مکمل رزوراترول دارد و احتمالاً موجب تغییر فنوتیپ چربی سفید زیرپوستی به چربی بژ (بینابینی) میشود.

مقایسة پاسخ برخی هورمونهای متابولیکی به تمرین مقاومتی با شدتهای مختلف با محدودیت و بدون محدودیت جریان خون در دختران جوان
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسة پاسخ برخی هورمونهای متابولیکی به تمرین مقاومتی با شدتهای مختلف با محدودیت و بدون محدودیت جریان خون در دختران فعال بود. در این پژوهش که با روش نیمهتجربی و طرح متقاطع انجام شد، 11 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه اصفهان با میانگین سنی 19 سال در سه وضعیت تمرین مقاومتی کمشدت با محدودیت و بدون محدودیت جریان خون و تمرین مقاومتی با شدت بالا بدون محدودیت جریان خون با فواصل یکهفتهای قرار گرفتند. جلسههای تمرین شامل حرکات فلکشن، اکستنشن بازو و زانو در سه نوبت با 15 تکرار بود. در گروه با محدودیت جریان خون، ناحیة پروکسیمال اندام موردنظر با تورنیکت (فشار 120-100 میلیمتر جیوه) هنگام تمرین بسته میشد. نمونة خونی، قبل و بلافاصله بعد از تمرین حاد با هدف تعیین غلظت هورمون رشد، عامل رشد شبهانسولینی، تستوسترون، کورتیزول و لاکتات گرفته شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آنالیز واریانس با اندازهگیری تکراری در سطح معناداری P≤0.05استفاده شد. برمبنای یافتهها، هورمون رشد و لاکتات در هر سه وضعیت تمرینی افزایش معناداری نسبت به پیشآزمون نشان دادند (P<0.001)؛ اما تفاوت معناداری در مقادیر تستوسترون (P=0.307) و عامل رشد شبهانسولینی (P=0.831) مشاهده نشد. همچنین، هورمون کورتیزول در هر سه وضعیت تمرینی کاهش معناداری نسبت به پیشآزمون داشت (P<0.001). بهنظر میرسد که تمرین مقاومتی همراه با محدودیت جریان خون با شدت کم، بهاندازة تمرین مقاومتی با شدت زیاد و بدون محدودیت جریان خون، بر پاسخهای هورمون رشد و فاکتورهایی مانند لاکتات (که میتواند باعث افزایش قدرت و هایپرتروفی شود) تأثیر داشته باشد.

تأثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن CTRP15 عضلانی و انتقالدهندههای اسید چرب آدیپوسیتها در موشهای صحرایی نژاد ویستار
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی چهار هفته فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن CTRP15 عضلانی و انتقالدهندههای اسید چرب آدیپوسیتها در موشهای صحرایی بالغ نژاد ویستار بود. در این پژوهش، 14 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار (با سن هشت هفته) بهصورت تصادفی ساده به دو گروه هفتتایی شاهد و تمرین تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین چهار هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید دویدن روی نوارگردان (پنج جلسه در هفته، از سرعت 35 تا 55 متر در دقیقه از هفتة اول تا هفتة چهارم) انجام دادند و گروه شاهد، هیچگونه تمرینی نداشتند. عضلة نعلی، بافت چربی زیرپوستی هموژنشده، میزان بیان ژن CTRP15 و انتقالدهندههای اسید چرب (FABP4، FATP1 و (FATCD36 با روشReal- time PCR برای هریک از بافتها سنجیده شدند. دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تی مستقل با P
