چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر یک جلسه ورزش مقاومتی با شدت بالا بر عوامل انعقادی و فیبرینولیز، قبل و بعد از 10 هفته تمرین مقاومتی در کودکان چاق بود. بدین‌منظور، 30 کودک پسر چاق هشت تا 12 سال‌ (با شاخص تودۀ بدن 96/08±0/27 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) به دو گروه تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرین مقاومتی به‌صورت سه جلسه در هفته و به‌مدت 10 هفته با شدت 60ـ40 ‌درصد یک تکرار بیشینه برای هشت حرکت اجرا شد. ورزش مقاومتی با شدت بالا شامل دو ست 12 تکراری با 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه برای هشت حرکت بود. خون‌گیری در چهار مرحله، قبل و بعد از دورۀ تمرینی در دو نوبت (قبل و بلافاصله پس از فعالیت حاد) انجام شد. برمبنای نتایج مشاهده می‌شود که یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی با شدت بالا باعث افزایش سطوح عامل فعال‌کنندۀ پلاسمینوژن بافتی و وان ویلبراند و کاهش عامل مهارکنندۀ فعال‌کنندۀ پلاسمینوژن ـ 1 شده است؛ اما در هیچ‌یک از گروه‌ها تغییری در سطوح پروتئین S، پروتئین C، تعداد پلاکت‌ها، زمان نسبی ترومبوپلاستین و زمان پروترومبین در پاسخ به یک جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی مشاهده نمی‌شود. سطوح D ‌ـ دایمر نیز تنها در گروه تمرین در پاسخ به فعالیت افزایش یافته است. علاوه‌براین، تفاوت بین‌گروهی در سطوح فیبرینوژن و اینترلوکین6 مشاهده می‌شود. همچنین، یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که تغییرات عوامل فیبرینولیز و انعقادی قبل از تمرین مقاومتی در هر دو‌ گروه کنترل و تمرین در پاسخ به ورزش مقاومتی حاد تقریباً مشابه می‌باشد؛ اما پس از سازگاری با تمرینات مقاومتی، در گروه تمرین مقاومتی افزایش عوامل فیبرینولیز و کاهش عوامل انعقادی و التهابی در پاسخ به یک جلسه ورزش مقاومتی حاد مشاهده می‌شود که با سطوح پلاسمایی عامل فعال‌کنندۀ پلاسمینوژن بافتی ،D ‌ـ دایمر و عامل وان‌ویلبراند بالاتر و سطوح اینترلوکین6، عامل مهارکنندۀ فعال‌کنندۀ پلاسمینوژن ـ 1 و فیبرینوژن پایین‌تر نشان داده شده است.
