چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین استقامتی بر بیان ژن نوروتروفین-4/5 در ریشه‌های حسی عصب سیاتیک رت‌های نر دارای نروپاتی دیابت بود. بدین‌منظور، تعداد 20 سر موش نر ویستار (ده هفته سن، میانگین وزن 4/8 ± 3/326 گرم) به‌کار گرفته شدند. رت‌ها به‌طور تصادفی به چهار گروه پنج‌تایی، دیابت تمرین‌کرده، گروه دیابت کنترل، گروه سالم تمرین‌کرده و گروه سالم کنترل تقسیم شدند. دو هفته پس از القای دیابت، پروتکل تمرین استقامتی به‌مدت شش هفته با شدت ملایم (معادل 55-50 درصد اکسیژن مصرفی بیشینه) برای پنج روز در هفته انجام شد. برای سنجش بیان نوروتروفین-4/5 از تکنیک ریل تایم استفاده شد. همچنین، برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که نروپاتی دیابت باعث افزایش معنادار بیان ژن نوروتروفین-4/5 در ریشه‌های حسی عصب سیاتیک شد (0.001P). شش هفته تمرین استقامتی نیز باعث افزایش معنادار بیان ژن نوروتروفین-4/5 در ریشه‌های حسی عصب سیاتیک رت‌های نر سالم شد (0.05P). همچنین، تمرین ورزشی بیان ژن نوروتروفین-4/5، در ریشه­های حسی عصب سیاتیک رت‌های دارای نروپاتی دیابت تغییر معناداری نداد (0.938 = P)؛ اما بیان ژن نوروتروفین-4/5 گروه دیابت تمرین در مقایسه با گروه دیابت کنترل، کاهش معناداری یافت (0.001Pبنابراین، به‌نظر می‌رسد که دیابت و شش هفته تمرین استقامتی به‌تنهایی باعث افزایش بیان ژن نوروتروفین-4/5 در ریشه‌های حسی عصب سیاتیک می‌شود؛ اما در تعامل با یکدیگر تأثیرات آن‌ها کاهش می‌یابد.
