چکیده

با افزایش سن، شیوع، بروز و عوارض بیماری‌های قلبی افزایش می‌یابد. آپوپتوز سلول قلبی در پاتوژنز نارسایی قلبی نقش دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف عصارة چای سبز بر بیان کاسپاز- سه و محتوای آنزیم تلومراز بافت قلبی رت‌های نر مسن بود. 20 سر رت نر مسن به‌طور تصادفی به چهار گروه پنج‌تایی کنترل، تمرین، مکمل و تمرین به‌اضافة مکمل تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های تمرینی 12 هفته و پنج روز در هفته فعالیت مقاومتی انجام دادند. در همین مدت، گروه‌های دریافت‌کنندة مکمل، مکمل عصارة چای سبز دریافت کردند. برای اندازه‌گیری بیان کاسپاز- سه از روش ایمنوهیستوشیمی و برای اندازه‌گیری محتوای تلومراز از روش ساندویچ الایزا استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری آنوا و آزمون تعقیبی توکی آنالیز شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیان کاسپاز- سه در گروه‌های تمرین (P = 0.011)، مکمل (P = 0.001) و تمرین به‌اضافة مکمل (P = 0.000) نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری دارد. بیان کاسپاز- سه در گروه تمرین به‌اضافة مکمل نسبت به گروه تمرین (P = 0.004) و گـروه مـکـمل (P = 0.031) کاهش معناداری دارد. محتوای آنزیم تلومراز در گروه‌های تمرین (P = 0.043)، مکمل (P = 0.015) و تمرین به‌اضافة مکمل (P = 0.005) نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معناداری دارد. براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر می‌توان گفت که انجام تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف عصارة چای سبز با کاهش بیان کاسپاز- سه و افزایش محتوای آنزیم تلومراز می­تواند از پیری سلولی در بافت قلب رت‌های مسن جلوگیری کند.
