چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرینات مرسوم یک‌ماهه‌ در کاراته شامل تمرینات قدرتی، هوازی و کاتا بر گشتاورهای فلکشن و اکستنشن ران و زانو، استقامت عضلانی، توان هوازی و بی‌هوازی، ترکیب‌بدنی و اجرای کاتای قهرمانان بین‌المللی کاتای تیمی سه نفرۀ ایران با سابقۀ قهرمانی لیگ‌های جهانی و آسیا بود. این کاتاروها با دامنۀ سنی 3 ± 5/31 سال، شاخص تودۀ‌بدنی 5/1 ± 5/25 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع، چربی بدنی 5/1 ± 5/12 درصد در تمرینات یک‌ماهه شامل هشت جلسۀ هوازی، شش جلسۀ قدرتی، شش جلسۀ تکنیک و کاتا و چهار جلسۀ ترکیبی (قدرت و هوازی) شرکت کردند. از ابزار مختلف آمار توصیفی همچون میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد تغییرات فردی و تیمی برای مقایسۀ اطلاعات پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون استفاده شد. نتایج افزایش قابل‌توجهی را در تمامی گشتاورها نشان داد. همچنین، افزایش قابل‌توجهی در مقادیر استقامت عضلانی مرتبط با نیم‌اسکات با وزن بدن (50 درصد)، پرس‌ سینه با 8/0 وزن بدن (5/19 درصد)، بارفیکس (5/33 درصد) و در اجرای کاتا بهبودی از نسبتاً قوی به قوی مشاهده شد؛ بااین‌حال، در مقادیر ترکیب‌ بدنی، توان هوازی (دوی 1600 متر) و توان بی‌هوازی (پرش سارجنت) تغییر چندانی مشاهده نشد. به‌نظر می‌رسد باوجود مفیدبودن تمرینات مرسوم کاراته، برای اثربخشی بیشتر باید به نیازهای فردی، رژیم غذایی مناسب و تمرینات تکمیلی توجه ویژه‌ای شود.
