چکیده

در شرایط پاتولوژیک، پروتئین­های FSTL-1، NDNF و VEGF نقش تنظیمی کلیدی‌ای در عملکرد سیستم قلبی ـ عروقی دارند. پژوهش‌های محدودی در زمینة نقش این عوامل با تمرین ورزشی انجام شده‌اند؛ بنابراین، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین استقامتی بر مقادیر FSTL-1، NDNF، VEGF و تغییرات عروق عضلة قلبی رت‌های نر بود. تعداد 10 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه (تعداد = پنج) کنترل سالم و تمرین ورزشی تقسیم شدند. تمرین ورزشی استقامتی به‌مدت شش هفته، پنج روز در هفته، هر جلسه 30 دقیقه و با شدت متوسط (6555 درصد VO2max) انجام شد. 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسة تمرینی رت‌ها بی‌هوش شدند و بافت قلب آن‌ها خارج شد. برای سنجش مقادیرFSTL-1 ، NDNF و VEGF از روش الایزا و برای بررسی تغییرات عروق بافت قلب از رنگ‌آمیزی (H & E) استفاده شد. از آزمون آماری تی مستقل و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد ( P < 0.05). یافته‌ها نشان داد که شش هفته تمرین استقامتی مقادیر FSTL-1 را به‌طور معناداری افزایش داد ( P = 0.002) و NDNF را به‌طور معناداری کاهش داد ( P = 0.001). قطر عروق در گروه تمرین ورزشی کاهش معناداری داشت ( P = 0.073). شش هفته تمرین استقامتی سبب افزایش مقادیر FSTL-1 عضلة قلب می‌شود که به‌نظر می‌رسد در پیشگیری از بیماریهای قلبی ـ عروقی بسیار مؤثر است. با توجه به نتایج VEGF و هیستولوژی عروق نیز تأثیرات فیزیولوژیک NDNF بر القای آنژیوژنز قلب آزمودنی‌های سالم با تمرین ورزشی، به مطالعات بیشتری نیاز دارد.
