چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر ویتامین D و تمرین تداومی بر آپوپتوز در بافت آئورت در رت‌های مسموم‌شده با آب اکسیژنه بود. تعداد 36 رت نر بالغ در شش گروه به‌صورت زیر تقسیم شدند: گروه اول: کنترل؛ گروه دوم: دی متیل سولفوکساید (DMSO)؛ گروه سوم: آب اکسیژنه؛ گروه چهارم: دریافت داخل صفاقی آب اکسیژنه و ویتامین D؛ گروه پنجم: آب اکسیژنه + فعالیت تمرینی منظم؛ گروه ششم: آب اکسیژنه + ویتامین D + فعالیت تمرینی منظم. سپس، رت‌ها قربانی شدند و از بافت آئورت جدا شدند و مقدار پروتئین‌های کاسپاز سه، Bax و Bcl2 با روش الایزا اندازه‌گیری شد. از آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه برای آنالیز داده‌ها استفاده شد و معناداری به‌صـورت 0.05  P < درنظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد گروهی که فقط آب اکسیژنه دریافت کردند، نسبت به سایر گروه‌ها سبب افزایش Bax، کاسپاز سه و نسبت Bax/Bcl2 شدند و نیز میزان Bcl2 را کاهش داده بودند  (P < 0.05). همچنین، مشخص شد که ویتامین D، انجام تمرین تداومی و ترکیب این دو نیز سبب کاهش Bax، کاسپاز سه و نسبت Bax/Bcl2 و افزایش میزان پروتئین Bcl2 نسبت به گروهی که فقط آب اکسیژنه دریافت کردند، شدند (P < 0.05). تمرین‌های تداومی همراه با مکمل ویتامینD  باعث کاهش آپوپتوز ازطریق کاهش نسبت Bax/Bcl2 می­شوند که احتمالاً این امر از آسیب‌های واردشده به بافت آئورت جلوگیری می‌کند.
