چکیده

مطالعة حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان تغییرات گلوتاتیون اکسیدشده (GSSG)، گلوتاتیون احیاشده (GSH) وآنزیم‌های گلوتاتیون ردوکتاز (GR) و گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز (GPX) پس از فعالیت سرعتی تکراری و پس از آن غوطه‌وری در آب سرد (CWI) انجام شد؛ ازاین‌رو، 20 ورزشکار تمرین‌کرده با میانگین حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی 9/2 ± 9/52 میلی‌لیتر به‌ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن در دقیقه، میانگین سنی 2/2 ± 9/21 سال، قد 4/5 ± 2/174 سانتی­متر و وزن 4/4 ± 68 کیلوگرم برای شرکت در این پژوهش انتخاب شدند. پس از انجام‌دادن فعالیت سرعتی تکراری، 10 نفر از آزمودنی‌ها داخل آب سرد با دمای 14 درجة سانتی‌گراد و 10 نفر دیگر در دمای اتاق به شکل غیرفعال روی صندلی نشستند. خون‌گیری نیز قبل و پس از انجام‌دادن فعالیت سرعتی و همچنین پس از ریکاوری در آب سرد یا استراحت غیرفعال و پس از 24 ساعت انجام شد و متغیرهای خونی با استفاده از روش الایزا سنجیده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که 24 ساعت پس از فعالیت سرعتی تکراری، میزان عوامل غیرآنزیمی آنتی‌اکسیدانی در خون به حالت اولیه بازنگشت و در این بین نیز غوطه‌وری در آب سرد بر این عوامل تأثیر نداشت و تنها عوامل آنزیمی GPX و GR پس از 24 ساعت به حالت اولیة خود بازگشتند، اما باز هم تفاوت معناداری بین گروه آب سرد و گروه کنترل وجود نداشت. همچنین براساس نتایج پژوهش، میزان عوامل آنزیمی و غیرآنزیمی آنتی‌اکسیدانی پس از فعالیت ورزشی سرعتی تکراری شدید زیاد بود، ولی غوطه‌وری در آب سرد هیچ تأثیری بر بازگشت به حالت اولیة این عوامل نداشت.
