چکیده

سالمندی، دوره‌ای است که علاوه‌بر مشکلات جسمی با اختلالات رفتاری، شناختی و حرکتی همراه است و تمرین استقامتی می­تواند این اختلالات را به‌وسیلة افزایش بیان برخی فاکتورها بهبود بخشد. هدف از انجام مطالعة حاضر، بررسی تأثیر 12 هفته دویدن استقامتی روی نوارگردان (هفته‌ای پنج روز با سرعت 20متر بر دقیقه) بر بیان ژن PGC-1α، BDNF، یادگیری و حافظه در هیپوکمپ رت­های سالمند بود. رت­ها به‌صورت تصادفی به سه گروه سالمند، سالمند- تمرین و جوان تقسیم شدند. پس از پایان برنامة تمرینی، هیپوکمپ جدا شد و برای تخلیص RNA، در فریزر 80- نگهداری شد. بیان ژن ازطریق آنوای یک‌طرفه و آزمون آزمون میز آبی موریس با استفاده از آنوای یک‌طرفه با اندازه‌های تکراری تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که یادگیری و حافظة فضایی در گروه سالمند نسبت به گروه جوان کاهش یافتند و تمرین این نقص را بهبود بخشید. همچنین، تمرین سبب شد که بیان PGC-1α وBDNF در گروه سالمند افزایش یابد؛ به‌نحوی‌که بین گروه سالمند- تمرین و جوان در بیان این دو فاکتور تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت (05/0P ˂ )؛ بنابراین، با توجه به نقش PGC-1α وBDNF در محافظت از نورون‌ها، به‌نظر می‌رسد که فعالیت استقامتی بر اختلالات ناشی از سالمندی تأثیری پیشگیرانه داشته باشد.
