چکیده

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، مقایسة اثر نوشیدن شیر، شیرسویا و آب بر آب­گیری ­مجدد و زمان رسیدن به خستگی در دختران جوان تمرین­کرده بود. هشت دختر تمرین­کرده (سن 74/0 ± 37/21 سال، شاخص تودة بدن 49/1 ± 062/22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع، حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی 83/1 ± 09/43 میلی­لیتر بر کیلوگرم در دقیقه) به‌عنوان آزمودنی در پژوهش حاضر شرکت کردند. آزمودنی­ها فعالیت تناوبی را روی تردمیل با شدت 75 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه در دوره­های 20 دقیقه­ای برای کاهش وزن 17/0 ± 8/1 درصد تودة بدن اجرا کردند و به‌صورت متقاطع تصادفی یکی از نوشیدنی­ها شامل شیر­کم­چرب، شیر­سویا و آب را به میزان 150 درصد تودة بدنی ازدست‌رفته مصرف کردند. نمونه­های ادرار در شش مرحله جمع­آوری شدند و میزان حجم ادرار و وزن مخصوص ادرار اندازه‏گیری شد و پس از پایان ریکاوری سه‌ساعته، آزمون بروس برای بررسی عملکرد ورزشی اجرا شد. حجم کل ادرار تولیدی در دو آزمون شیر و شیرسویا در مقایسه با آزمون آب کاهشی معنادار داشت (P < 0.05). تعادل خالص مایع بدن در دو آزمون شیر و شیر­سویا در مقایسه با آزمون آب به­طور معنا­داری مثبت بود (P < 0.05). همچنین، زمان رسیدن به خستگی، در هر دو آزمون شیر و شیر­سویا نسبت به آزمون آب بیشتر بود (P < 0.05)؛ باوجوداین، بین دو نوبت شیر و شیرسویا تفاوتی معنا­دار در حجم ­کل ادرار تولیدی، تعادل خالص مایع بدن و زمان رسیدن به خستگی وجود نداشت (P > 0.05)؛ بنابراین، باید گفت که هر دو نوشیدنی شیر و شیر­سویا به بهبود آب­گیری مجدد و تعادل مایعات پس از فعالیت ورزشی منجر می­شوند و می­توانند سبب بهبود عملکرد ورزشی شوند.
