چکیده

مطالعه حاضر جهت بررسی پاسخ شاخص‌های فیبرینولیتیک به انواع مختلف انقباض‌های درون‌گرای هم‌تنش و هم-جنبش پس از فعالیت و دوره ریکاوری یک ساعته طراحی شد. ده مرد سالم (7/1±9/26 سال) دو جلسه فعالیت مقاومتی هم‌تنش و هم‌جنبش به فاصله یک هفته با شدت حدود 40% حداکثر گشتاور ارادی ایزومتریک (̊70MVIT) را بر روی عضلات چهار سر هر دو پا با استفاده از دستگاه بایودکس انجام دادند. نمونه‌های خون سیاهرگی (ml6) در قبل، بلافاصله بعد و انتهای یک ساعت ریکاوری گرفته شدند و برای اندازه‌گیری فعال کننده‌ی پلاسمینوژن بافتی (PA-t)، مهار کننده فعال‌کننده‌ پلاسمینوژن-I(PAI-1)، D-dimer و غلظت لاکتات مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مکرر (2جلسه ×3 زمان) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. هر دو جلسه فعالیت بدون در نظر گرفتن نوع انقباض با افزایش معنادار PA-t، و لاکتات همراه بود (P<0.05). همچنین در پاسخ به دو نوع فعالیت، انقباض عضلانی درون‌گرای هم تنش موجب شد هم PA-t، و هم لاکتات در مقایسه با انقباض هم جنبش افزایش بیشتری داشته باشند (P<0.05). PAI-1 بدون در نظر گرفتن نوع انقباض پس از فعالیت تغییر معناداری نشان نداد (P>0.05) ، اما در دوره ریکاوری کاهش معناداری مشاهده شد (P<0.05)، و در کل نیز مقایسه دو نوع فعالیت تغییرات متفاوتی در پاسخ PAI-1 نشان نداند (P>0.05). در کل می توان گفت که نوع انقباض عضلانی (هم‌تنش یا هم‌جنبش) عامل موثری در پاسخ t-PA و لاکتات خون می‌باشد، در حالیکه پاسخ‌های PAI-1 و D-dimer به نوع انقباض عضلانی بستگی ندارند.
