چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی مقایسه اثر یک دوره برنامه تمرین مقاومتی با شدت‌های مختلف بر سطوح سرمی آیریزین زنان جوان غیرفعال بود. در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 21 زن جوان غیر فعال 20 تا 30 سال با نمایه توده بدن 22 تا 25 کیلوگرم‌ برمترمربع به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. سپس داوطلبان به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین مقاومتی کم شدت (60-40 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) و شدت بالا (90-70 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی به مدت هشت هفته سه جلسه‌ای اجرا شد. نمونه خونی پیش از شروع و 48 ساعت پس از پایان مداخله تمرینی جمع‌آوری شد. با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS ویرایش 16 مقایسه میانگین‌های درون‌گروهی و بین‌گروهی توسط آزمون آماری به ترتیب تی استیودنت همبسته و مستقل حساب شد و نتایج در سطح معنی‌داری 0.05>p آزمایش شدند. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد، مقادیر آیریزین، شاخص توده بدن و توده چربی در گروه تمرینی کم شدت معنی‌دار نبود (0.05<p). همچنین، تغییرات معنی‌داری در شاخص توده بدن و توده چربی درگروه تمرینی شدت بالا مشاهده نشد (0.05<p)؛ در صورتیکه، مقادیر آیریزین در گروه با شدت بالا کاهش معنی‌دار یافت(0.034=p). تغییرات واریانس بین گروه‌ها در متغیرهای آیریزین، شاخص توده بدن و توده چربی بدن معنی‌دار نبود (0.05<p). این نتایج حاکی از آن است که یک دوره تمرین مقاومتی با شدت های کم و زیاد نمی تواند سبب افزایش سطوح آیریزین در زنان جوان غیر فعال با نمایه توده بدن22 تا 25 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع شود.
