چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تعیین تأثیر ترتیب تمرین ترکیبی (قدرتی و استقامتی) بر سطوح سرمی میوستاتین، فولیستاتین و نسبت فولیستاتین بر میوستاتین زنان سالمند بود. تعداد 40 نفر از زنان سالمند (با دامنۀ سنی 82/0±34/60 سال؛ قد 01/0±155 سانتی-متر؛ وزن 89/1±72/71 کیلوگرم و BMI 63/0±45/29 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) به‌طور تصادفی ساده در یکی از 4 گروه تمرین استقامتی + قدرتی (E+S) (n=9)، قدرتی + استقامتی (S+E) (n=10)، ترکیبی چرخشی (ACT) (n=12) و کنترل (n=9) تقسیم شدند. برنامه‌های تمرینی به‌مدت 8 هفته و 3 روز در هفته انجام شد. برنامۀ‌ تمرین استقامتی شامل کار بر روی دوچرخۀ کارسنج (با شدت 80-60% (MHR و برنامۀ تمرین قدرتی شامل چندین تمرین منتخب بالاتنه و پایین‌تنه (‌با شدت 75-40% 1RM، 18-8 تکرار) بود. نتایج نشان داد میزان فولیستاتین و میوستاتین پس از 3 نوع ترتیب تمرین، تغییر معنی‌داری نیافت (0.05≤P). نسبت فولیستاتین به میوستاتین در گروه E+S افزایش یافت، هرچند معنی‌دار نبود (0.05≤P)؛ ولی این نسبت در گروه S+E‌ کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (0.04=p) و پس از تمرین، ACT تغییری نیافت (0.05≤P). همچنین، 8 هفته تمرین ترکیبی، به افزایش معنی‌دار قدرت بالاتنه در گروه‌های تمرین ترکیبی E+S و ACT و قدرت پایین‌تنه در همۀ گروه‌های تمرینی منجر شد (0.05>p). بر‌اساس یافته‌های این مطالعه به‌نظر می‌رسد ترتیب تمرین می‌تواند بر سازگاری‌های عملکردی ناشی از تمرین تأثیرگذار باشد. همچنین، به‌نظر می‌رسد با توجه به افزایش نسبت فولیستاتین بر میوستاتین در گروه E+S و کاهش این نسبت در گروه S+E، ترتیب استقامتی + مقاومتی، به محیط آنابولیک‌تر و ترتیب مقاومتی + استقامتی، به محیط کاتابولیک‌تری منجر ‌شود.
