چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرینات پلایومتریک شتابی، پلایومتریک مقاومتی و پلایومتریک معمولی بر عملکرد توان، قدرت و هایپرتروفی عضلانی در مردان فعال بود. 30 مرد فعال (با میانگین سنی 12/1±67/20 سال، قد 69/4±83/174 سانتی­متر و وزن 51/7±45/63 کیلوگرم) به­صورت دواطلبانه در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و به­­شکل تصادفی به سه گروه تقسیم شدند و بر­حسب میزان فعالیت در هفته و قدرت بیشینه، همسان­سازی گردیدند. برنامه تمرینی به­مدت چهار هفته و سه جلسه در هفته انجام شد. همچنین، پس­آزمون بعد از 48 ساعت از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین انجام گرفت و اختلاف بین گروه­ها توسط آزمون تحلیل عاملی کوواریانس وآزمون تعقیبی محاسبه گردید و اختلاف درون­گروهی نیز با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی تحلیل گشت. یافته­ها­ نشان می­دهد که هر سه تمرین پلایومتریک شتابی، پلایومتریک مقاومتی و پلایومتریک معمولی باعث بهبود معنا­دار ارتفاع پرش اسکات، پرش عمودی و پرش عمقی، حداکثر و میانگین توان در پرش عمودی، قدرت بیشینه و سطح مقطع عضلات ران نسبت به پیش­آزمون شده است. تمرین پلایومتریک مقاومتی نیز منجر به بهبود معنا­دار ارتفاع پرش عمقی نسبت به تمرینات پلایومتریک شتابی و پلایومتریک معمولی گردیده است. علاوه­بر­این، نتایج نشان می­دهند که تمرینات پلایومتریک شتابی و پلایومتریک مقاومتی، بهبود معنا­داری را در قدرت بیشینه نسبت به تمرین پلایومتریک معمولی ایجاد کرده­اند. با توجه به نتایج و درصد تغییرات به­نظر می­رسد که استفاده از کش در تمرینات پلایومتریک (شتابی و مقاومتی)، مفیدتر از تمرینات پلایومتریک معمولی می­باشد. همچنین، تمرین پلایومتریک شتابی، کارایی بیشتری در بهبود توان و قدرت عضلانی نسبت به پلایومتریک مقاومتی و معمولی دارد.
