چکیده

هدف از ­پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی هم­گرایی بین حجم اکسیژن مصرفی برآورد­شده با استفاده از معادلات ACSM و روش تجزیه­و­تحلیل گازهای تنفسی به­عنوان روش مبنا در مردان جوان فعال بود. بدین­منظور، 50 مرد جوان فعال (با میانگین ± انحراف معیار سنی 609/2 ± 04/21 سال، وزن 825/5 ± 11/70 کیلوگرم،­ شاخص جرم بدن 21/3 ± 36/22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع و حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی 67/3 ± 08/51) به­عنوان آزمودنی انتخاب شدند و حجم اکسیژن مصرفی آن­ها با استفاده از معادلات ACSM و روش مبنا در سرعت­های مختلف دو، چهار، شش، هشت، 10، 12، 14، 16 و 18 کیلو­متر بر ساعت ( 495 مورد) برآورد شد. به­منظور ارزیابی هم­گرایی حجم اکسیژن مصرفی برآورد­شده، از آزمون آماری بلاند ـ آلتمن و ضریب همبستگی درون­طبقه­ای استفاده شد. یافته­های پژوهش بیانگر ­عدم هم­گرایی حجم اکسیژن مصرفی برآورد­شده با روش مبنا و معادلات ACSM در سرعت­های دو تا 18 کیلومتر بر ساعت می­باشد (­راه­رفتن: ICC=0.422,­ ±1.96,­ 95% CI­= -15 to­+7.2 ml/kg/min؛ دویدن: ICC=0.045,­ ±1.96,­ 95% CI =-28 to -1.3 ml/kg/min). بر پایۀ این نتایج می­توان ذکر کرد که معادلات ACSM در برآورد حجم اکسیژن مصرفی در مردان جوان فعال ایرانی، فاقد­ اعتبار بوده و نیازمند بازنگری است.
