چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین منتخب کشتی به‌همراه مکمل‌دهی ال ـ آرژنین بر پاسخ‌های فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی و اندوستاتین کشتی‌گیران نخبه می‌باشد. در این مطالعۀ کاربردی و نیمه‌تجربی، 20 کشتی‌گیر نخبه (با میانگین سنی 47/2±13/21 سال و نمایۀ تودۀ بدنی 71/1±14/24 کیلوگرم بر متر‌مربع) به روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس و هدف‌دار انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مکمل (10 نفر) و دارونما (10 نفر) تقسیم گردیدند. طی پژوهش، هر دو گروه در انتهای مرحلۀ آمادگی عمومی قرار داشتند و به‌صورت هم‌سان در یک دوره تمرینات اختصاصی کشتی شرکت کردند. علاوه‌براین، گروه مکمل و دارونما به‌شکل هم‌زمان و به‌مدت 14 روز، روزانه 1/0 گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن به‌ترتیب ال ـ آرژنین و دارونما مصرف نمودند. شایان‌ذکر است که پیش و پس از مداخله، مقادیر فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی و اندوستاتین سرمی (نمونۀ خونی سه سی‌سی) به روش الایزا اندازه‌گیری شد و نتایج با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس و در سطح معنا‌داری (P<0.05) تحلیل گردید.برمبنای نتایج مشخص می‌شود که مقادیر فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی و نسبت فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی به اندوستاتین گروه مکمل در‌مقایسه با گروه دارونما افزایش معناداری داشته است (P≤0.05)؛ اما تغییرات اندوستاتین دو گروه به‌لحاظ آماری معنادار نمی‌باشد (P≥0.05). به‌نظر می‌رسد که توأم با انجام تمرینات تخصصی کشتی، مصرف مکمل ال ـ آرژنین (احتمالاً) می‌تواند سبب تحریک بیشتر فرآیند رگ‌زایی در کشتی‌گیران شود.
