چکیده

مطالعات بسیاری به بررسی تأثیرات مکمل کراتین پرداخته‌اند؛ اما تأثیرات احتمالی قلبی ـ عروقی آن بررسی نشده است؛ بنابراین، با توجه به مصرف گستردۀ آن در بین ورزشکاران، در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر مصرف کوتاه‌مدت مکمل کراتین بر عملکرد همودینامیک قلب و عروق و تغییرات انقباض‌پذیری ‌و نقش آن در آمادگی هوازی و بی‌هوازی ورزشکاران پرداخته شده است. بدین‌منظور، هشت ورزشکار کاراته‌کای نخبه (با میانگین سنی 1/5±0/21 سال،‌ وزن 6/9±2/71 کیلوگرم، ‌قد 7/4±4/180 سانتی‌متر و سابقۀ تمرین 4/5±4/12) پس از احراز شرایط به‌صورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. لازم‌به‌ذکر است که پژوهش با طرح متقاطع و به‌صورت دوسویه‌کور انجام گرفت و اطلاعات همودینامیک و انقباض‌پذیری قلب و عروق، ظرفیت هوازی و بی‌هوازی و قدرت آزمودنی‌ها به‌ترتیب به‌وسیلۀ کاردیواسکرین در حالت استراحتی‌، آزمون فزاینده بر روی نوارگردان همراه با دستگاه گاز آنالایزر، آزمون وینگیت بر روی دوچرخۀ مونارک و نیروسنج دست و تنه، قبل و بعد از مصرف مکمل و دارونما جمع‌آوری گردید. آزمودنی‌ها در گروه‌های تصادفی تعیین‌شدۀ مکمل و دارونما به‌مدت پنج روز و هر روز 20 گرم کراتین یا دارونما در چهار مرحله دریافت نموده و قبل و بعد از آن در آزمون فزاینده شرکت کردند. بین دو مرحلۀ مصرف کراتین یا دارونما نیز 10 روز فاصله برای پاکسازی در نظر گرفته شد. علاوه‌براین، تحلیل آماری نتایج با نرم‌افزار اس. پی. اس. اس و آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه با اندازه‌گیری‌های تکراری در سطح معناداری (05/0) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مصرف کوتاه‌مدت مکمل کراتین بر حجم ضربه‏ای، برون‌ده قلبی، کار قلب چپ، مقاومت منظم عروقی، شاخص سرعت خروج خون، شاخص شتاب خروج خون، نسبت زمان سیستولیک، آستانۀ بی‌هوازی، اکسیژن مصرفی بیشینه، توان بیشینه و شاخص خستگی، تأثیرات مطلوب؛ اما غیرمعناداری دارد (P≤0.05)؛ بنابراین، مصرف کوتاه‌مدت مکمل کراتین بر عملکرد قلبی ـ عروقی و تنفسی ورزشکاراناثرات مطلوبی بر جای می‌گذارد. این امر بیانگر آن است که اثرات مطلوب مکمل کراتین در کوتاه‌مدت، احتمالاً ناشی از سازگاری‌های پیرامونی و غیرمرکزی می‌باشد.
