Twenty male students with age 22.26±1.25 years old and BMI 23.2±1.4 kg/m2 were randomly assigned to the training and control groups. The training group completed a high intensity interval aerobic exercise training for 12 weeks. The training program consists of four minutes running periods on treadmill with intensity of 85-95%HRmax followed by three minutes of 65-75% HRmax rest active periods. The levels of plasma acylated ghrelin, PYY3-36 and GLP-1 were measured by ELISA method before and after eight- and 12-weeks trainings. In data analysis, was used the Mann-Whitney U test in order to compare the control and training groups and the Wilcoxon test in order to compare the training periods. The results showed that in the training group, levels of acylated ghrelin significantly (P=0.008) decreased after 12 weeks compared to the eight weeks. However, there were no significant changes in the acylated ghrelin, PYY and GLP-1 levels compared to the control group after eight and 12 weeks. Overall it seems appetite hormones alterations in young active males in response to aerobic interval trainings were not considerable, but a 12 weeks period of aerobic interval training may decrease appetite compared to the same training during eight weeks.}, keywords = {Aerobic Interval Training,Appetite,Acylated Ghrelin,Glucagon-Like Peptide-1}, title_fa = {تأثیر تمرین تناوبی هوازی بر سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین آسیل‌دار، پپتید تیروزین تیروزین و پپتید شبه‌گلوکاگون-1 در مردان جوان سالم}, abstract_fa = {هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرین تناوبی هوازی بر سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین آسیل‌دار، پپتید تیروزین تیروزین (PYY) و پپتید شبه‌گلوکاگون-1 (GLP-1)در مردان جوان سالم بود.تعداد 20 دانشجوی مرد جوان 25/1 ± 26/22 سال با شاخص تودة بدنی 4/1 ± 2/23 کیلوگرم بر مربع‌ متر به‌طور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تمرین تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرینی به‌مدت 12 هفته تمرین تناوبی هوازی را انجام دادند. این تمرین شامل دویدن روی نوارگردان با دوره‌های چهار دقیقه فعالیت شدت 85 تا 95 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و سه دقیقه استراحت فعال با شدت 65 تا 75 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه بود. سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین آسیل‌دار، PYY وGLP-1  در مراحل قبل از تمرین، هشت و 12 هفته بعد از تمرین به روش الایزا سنجیده شدند. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، آزمون یومن ویتنی برای مقایسة داده‌های دو گروه تمرین و کنترل و برای مقایسة دوره‌های زمانی مختلف تمرین از ویلکاکسون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در هفتة دوازدهم در مقایسه با هفتة هشتم، سطوح گرلین آسیل‌دار در گروه تمرین کاهش معنادار(P = 0.008)داشتند؛ باوجوداین، سطوح گرلین آسیل‌دار، PYY و GLP-1 بعد از هشت و 12 هفته تمرین، در گروه تمرین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بدون تغییر مانده بودند. درمجموع، به‌نظر می‌رسد که تغییرات هورمون‌های درگیر در اشتهای مردان جوان با وزن طبیعی در پاسخ به تمرین‌های تناوبی هوازی چشمگیر نیستند؛ اما یک دوره تمرین تناوبی 12 هفته‌ای در مقایسه با هشت هفته ممکن است اشتها را کاهش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {تمرین تناوبی هوازی,اشتها,گرلین آسیل‌دار,پپتید شبه گلوکاگون-1}, url = {https://spj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1429.html}, eprint = {https://spj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1429_5c60e6bc4d99dfa3bc6fa901cf869839.pdf} }
