It has also been suggested that platelets are important in many of the reactions in the intrinsic pathway of coagulation. Recent evidence emphasizes the pivotal role of abnormal platelet function in acute coronary artery diseases, myocardial infarction, unstable angina and stroke. Acute exercise might be harmful for inactive individuals and particularly patients, if the exercise intensity is high. One of the main mechanisms causing this, is exercise-induced thrombosis. On the other hand, regular exercise or exercise training results in health benefits and improvements in lifestyle not only in normal healthy subjects but also in patients. However, the study of exercise training effects on blood platelets are highly contentious because of the fact that the analytical methods employed to study platelets are different and accompanied by numerous methodological problems. Few studies are available on the effect of training on blood platelets and the exact effects of exercise training on platelet activation and function is not as yet known. This lack of information makes further studies particularly important, in order to clarify whether there are favorable effects of exercise training on platelet aggregation and function in health and disease. This article presents a summary of the previous research findings that investigated the interaction between acute and chronic exercise and platelets in health and disease, as well as providing directions for future studies.}, keywords = {Acute Exercise,Exercise training,platelet function,platelet aggregation,thrombosis}, title_fa = {تأثیر فعالیت و تمرین ورزشی بر عملکرد و فعالیت پلاکت: مقالة مروری}, abstract_fa = {پلاکت‌ها نقش مهمی در تشکیل لختة سفید هموستازی دارند و نقش اصلیرا در فرایند بندآمدن خون ایفا میکنند. همچنین، پیشنهاد شده است که پلاکت‌ها برای بسیاری از واکنش‌های مسیر داخلی انعقاد، مهم هستند. شواهد اخیر، نقش حیاتی عملکرد غیرطبیعی پلاکت را در بیماری‌های حاد سرخرگ قلبی، انفارکتوس میوکارد، آنژین صدری و سکته تأیید میکنند. درصورتی‌که شدت فعالیت بالا باشد، فعالیت ورزشی حاد ممکن است برای افراد غیرفعال و به‌ویژه بیماران مضر باشد. یکی از مکانیسم‌های اصلی چنین شرایطی، تولید ترومبوز ناشی از فعالیت ورزشی است. ازطرف‌دیگر، فعالیت منظم یا تمرین ورزشی فواید برای سلامتی و بهبود شیوة زندگی را نه‌تنها در افراد سالم، بلکه در افراد بیمار نیز به‌همراه دارد؛ باوجوداین، به‌دلیل‌اینکه روش‌های اندازه‌گیری پلاکت‌ها متنوع هستند و با مشکلات فراوان روش‌شناسی دارند، مطالعة تأثیر تمرین ورزشی بر پلاکت‌های خون همیشه بحث‌برانگیز بوده است. مطالعات اندکی درزمینة تأثیر تمرین ورزشی بر پلاکت‌های خون انجام شده‌اند و اثرهای تمرین ورزشی بر فعالیت و عملکرد پلاکت‌ها هنوز شناخته نشده‌اند. همین کمبود اطلاعات است که انجام مطالعات بعدی درزمینة تعیین تأثیر تمرین ورزشی بر تجمع و فعالیت پلاکت در سلامت و بیماری، اهمیت دارد. این مقاله یافته‌های پژوهش‌های قبلی را که اثرهای تعامل بین فعالیت حاد ورزشی و تمرین با پلاکت‌ها را بررسی کرده‌اند، مرور و نتیجه‌گیری می‌کند و درنهایت، مسیرهای پژوهش‌های آینده را نشان می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {فعالیت حاد ورزشی,تمرین ورزشی,عملکرد پلاکت,تجمع پلاکت,ترومبوز}, url = {https://spj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1610.html}, eprint = {https://spj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_1610_4d38a2f96d337e1f47127e4695da424f.pdf} }
