The discovery of the leptin (one of the most important adipokines) has aroused great interest in the treatment of obesity, because this hormone is known as an appetite control hormone and has a role in regulating of food intake, energy consumption and energy balance of the whole body. Plasma leptin levels have positive correlation with body fat and respond to changes in energy balance. Leptin by flowing through the blood-brain barrier of the hypothalamus, reduces the secretion of appetite-stimulating hormones and increases appetite-suppressing hormones. Therefore, controlling leptin signals in hypothalamus can provide a remedy to obesity and obesity-induced metabolic disorders, such as type 2 diabetes. Exercise is one of the most important controller of leptin secretion; hence this systematic review has striven to examine the effect of exercise on appetite hormones in obesity and diabetes with emphasis on the role of leptin in adipose tissue and hypothalamus cross talk. To this end, Google Scholar, PumMed, Scopus, SID, Noor and Mgiran databases were searched and published studies between 2000 and July 30, 2021 were analyzed. Seemingly, it was concluded that exercise increases leptin levels and stimulates the expression of appetite suppressor genes but inhibits the expression of appetite-stimulating genes;}, keywords = {Exercise,leptin,Appetite hormones,Hypothalamus}, title_fa = {اثر فعالیت ورزشی بر هورمون های اشتها در شرایط چاقی و دیابت با تاکید بر نقش لپتین در ارتباط متقابل بافت چربی و هیپوتالاموس: مطالعه مروری نظام مند}, abstract_fa = {چاقی ازطریق اختلال در بیان و ترشح آدیپوکاین ها باعث برهم خوردن اعمال بیولوژیک مختلف بدن و بروز بیماری‌های ثانویه ای از جمله دیابت نوع 2 می شود. کشف هورمون لپتین (یکی از مهم ترین آدیپوکاین ها) علاقه بسیاری را برای درمان چاقی برانگیخت، چرا که این هورمون به عنوان هورمون کنترل کننده اشتها شناخته می شود و نقش تنظیم کننده دریافت غذا، مصرف و تعادل انرژی بدن را داراست. سطوح پلاسمایی لپتین با ذخایر چربی بدن ارتباط مستقیم دارد و به تغییرات در تعادل انرژی پاسخ می دهد. لپتین با عبور از سد خونی مغزی وارد هیپوتالاموس می شود و ترشح هورمون های محرک اشتها را کاهش و هورمون های سرکوب کننده اشتها را افزایش می دهد. بنابراین کنترل مسیر سیگنالینگ لپتین در هیپوتالاموس می تواند دریچه ای برای درمان چاقی و مشکلات متابولیکی ناشی از آن مانند دیابت نوع 2 را فراهم کند. فعالیت ورزشی یکی ازمهم ترین کنترل کننده ترشح لپتین است و از این رو اثر فعالیت ورزشی بر هورمون های اشتها در شرایط چاقی و دیابت با تاکید بر نقش لپتین در کراس تاک بافت چربی و هیپوتالاموس بررسی می شود. بدین منظور بدین منظور پایگاه های Google Scholar، PumMed، Scopus، SID، نور،مگیران مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و مطالعات چاپ شده بین سال های 2000 تا 30 جولای 2021 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. به نظر می رسد فعالیت ورزشی سطوح لپتین را افزایش و بیان ژن های سرکوب کننده اشتها را تحریک می کند. درحالیکه بیان ژن های محرک اشتها را مهار می کند.}, keywords_fa = {فعالیت ورزشی,لپتین,هورمون های اشتها,هیپوتالاموس}, url = {https://spj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_2785.html}, eprint = {https://spj.ssrc.ac.ir/article_2785_ad3d336781b84273976061f23bd2053a.pdf} }
