مقایسه اثر 8 هفته تمرینات مقاومتی با ترکیبی (مقاومتی-ماساژ) بر لپتین سرم، نیمرخ لیپیدی و ترکیب بدنی مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن
هدف از این پژوهش مقایسۀ اثر هشت هفته تمرینات مقاومتی با ترکیبی (مقاومتی-ماساژ) بر لپتین سرم، نیمرخ لیپیدی و ترکیب بدنی مردان جوان دارای اضافه وزن بود. در این پژوهش 20 نفر مرد جوان دارای اضافه وزن (با دامنۀ سنی 6/1±1/22 سال وشاخص تودۀ بدنی 2/1±3/28 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) به صورت داوطلب شرکت کردند و به شکل تصادفی به دو گروه تمرینات مقاومتی (10 نفر) و گروه تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با ماساژ (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینات مقاومتی شامل اجرای هشت هفته حرکات جلو ران، پشت ران، نشر از جانب، پرس سینه، زیر بغل سیم کش از پشت و پشت بازو ایستاده با ماشین با شدت 80% از یک تکرار بیشینه و سه جلسه در هفته بود. جلسات تمرینات ماساژ نیز در روزهای قبل از جلسات تمرین مقاومتی اجرا میشد. نمونههای خونی و ترکیب بدن آزمودنیها قبل از شروع پروتکل و 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرینی اندازه گیری شد. برای تعیین تفاوت قبل و بعد از تمرین از آزمون t همبسته و از آزمون t مستقل برای تعیین تفاوت بین دو گروه استفاده شد. هر دو گروه تمرینی بهبودهایی را در سرم لپتین، نیمرخ لیپیدی و ترکیب بدنی داشتند که گروه تمرین مقاومتی همراه با ماساژ به طور معناداری (P<0.05) اثرات بهتری را فقط در تری¬گلیسرید (TG) و تودۀ چربی بدن در مقایسه با گروه مقاومتی داشت که به نظر میرسد اجرای هشت هفته تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با ماساژ با هدف کاهش تری¬گلیسرید و تودۀ چربی بدن میتواند یک راهکار مناسب باشد.

پیشبینی حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار از طریق شروع تجمع لاکتات خون طی آزمون فزاینده روی دوچرخهسواران جوان تمرینکرده
هدف مطالعۀ حاضر پیشبینی بروندۀ توانی معادل با حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار از طریق شروع تجمع لاکتات خون طی آزمون فزاینده روی دوچرخهسواران استقامتی جوان تمرینکرده بود. نه دوچرخهسوار استقامتی بهصورت داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای هر آزمودنی بار کار معادل با شروع تجمع لاکتات خون از طریق آزمون فزایندۀ حداکثری تعیین شد. سپس آزمودنیها چندین جلسه آزمون 30 دقیقهای با بار کار ثابت برای تعیین بار کار معادل با حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار را اجرا کردند. اولین بار کار ثابت 30 دقیقهای، بار کار مطابق با آستانۀ لاکتات خون انتخاب و در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها ارتباط معناداری بین بار کار معادل با شروع تجمع لاکتات خون و حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار را نشان دادند (79/18± 22/250 در مقابل 97/16± 67/250 وات؛0.979 =R وP=0.000). ارتباط معناداری بین غلظت لاکتات خون و میانگین دقایق 10، 20 و 30 حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار و عدم ارتباط معناداری بین ضربان قلب شروع تجمع لاکتات خون و حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار بهدست آمد (01/0± 03/4 در مقابل 09/0± 25/4 میلیمول در لیتر و 52/5± 182 در مقابل 62/3± 89/183 ضربه در دقیقه به ترتیب) R=0.736 (P=0.037) و R=0.650 (P=0.058). معادلۀ رگرسیونی خطی برای پیشبینی حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار عبارت است از 32.14+ Watt.OBLA × 0.87 = Watt.MLSS. سایر نتایج ارتباط معنادار بالایی را بین بروندۀ توانی مطابق شروع تجمع لاکتات خون و حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار نشان دادند. از اینرو، معادلۀ فوق نشان داد که میتوان طی آزمون فزاینده، حداکثر لاکتات حالت پایدار را پیشبینی کرد.

تأثیر یک دوره تمرین تناوبی شدید در شرایط هایپوکسی و نورموکسی بر لکوسیتها و سلولهای خونی در پاسخ به فعالیت واماندهساز
هدف پژوهش حاضر با بررسی اثرات تمرین تناوبی شدید در شرایط هایپوکسی (14O2%( و نورموکسی (21O2%( بر لکوسیتها و سلولهای خونی به پاسخ فعالیت واماندهساز بود. 16 مرد فعال (سن 94/2±27/23 سال، قد 86/5±13/178 سانتیمتر، وزن 87/7 ±06/74 کیلوگرم، چربی بدن 70/3±33/19 درصد) بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه فعالیت در شرایط هایپوکسی (%14O2) و نورموکسی (%21O2) تقسیم شدند. پیش از شروع تمرین، آزمودنیها آزمون واماندهسازی را برای تعیین حداکثر بار کاری (Wmax) انجام دادند. نمونههای خونی قبل و بلافاصله بعد از آزمون گرفته شد. همچنین پس از اتمام تمرینات، آزمودنیها آزمون واماندهسازی را مشابه با روز اول انجام دادند. پروتکل تمرینی شامل 40 دقیقه تمرین، هر هفته شش روز، در دو هفتۀ متوالی انجام شد. تمرین هر جلسه شامل پنج دقیقه گرم کردن، 10 مرحلۀ سه دقیقهای رکاب زدن (یک دقیقه با شدت 85%-80%Wmax و دو دقیقه با شدت 50% Wmax) و پنج دقیقه سرد کردن بود. گروه اول تمرینات خود را در شرایط هایپوکسی (14%PO2) و گروه دوم تمرینات خود را در شرایط نورموکسی (21% PO2)انجام دادند. در این پژوهش از روش آماری تحلیل واریانس تکراری استفاده شد.تمرینات گروه هایپوکسی منجر به افزایش معناداری در میزانگلبول قرمز،هموگلوبین و کاهش معناداری در تجمع ائوزنوفیل-پلاکت نسبت به شرایط نورموکسی در پاسخ به فعالیت واماندهساز شد. متعاقب این تمرینات، تغییر معناداری در سطوح نوتروفیل، مونوسیت، لنفوسیتدر پاسخ به فعالیت وامانده سازدر هر دو گروه مشاهده نگردید. چنین میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که تمرین تناوبی شدید در شرایط هایپوکسی علاوه بر افزایش توان گلبولهای قرمز میتواند موجب کاهش خطر ترمبوزیس در پاسخ به فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز میشود.

تاثیر فعالیت استقامتی بر بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ رتهای نر نژاد ویستار
هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر فعالیت استقامتی بر بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ بود. بدین منظور 14 رت (نر نژاد ویستار با 20±113گرم و پنج هفته سن) تحت شرایط کنترلشده (دما، چرخۀ روشنایی و تاریکی و دسترسی آزاد به آب و غذا) نگهداری و بعد از آشناسازی با پروتکل تمرینی بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تجربی تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی یک برنامۀ استقامتی (14 هفتهای) را روی تردمیل اجرا کرد و 48 ساعت پس از پایان آخرین جلسه تمرینی بیهوش و تشریح شدند، سپس قلب و بطن چپ آنها خارج و با استفاده از روش Real time-PCR میزان بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ آنها اندازهگیری شد. در پایان با استفاده از آزمون آماری t تک نمونهایی اطلاعات بهدستآمده ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین بیان ژن Hand2 بطن چپ گروه تجربی بهطور معناداری (P=0.007) بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود. بنابراین به نظر میرسد ژن Hand2 در نوع هایپرتروفی ایجادشده تأثیرگذار باشد.

اثر متقابل ریتم روزانه و عادت ماهانه بر میزان ریکاوری لاکتات پس از یک فعالیت بیشینه
هدف پژوهش بررسی اثر متقابل ریتم روزانه و عادت ماهانه بر میزان ریکاوری لاکتات پس از یک فعالیت بیشینه بود. بدین منظور تعداد 12 نفر از دانشجویان دختر رشتۀ تربیتبدنی (میانگین±انحراف معیار سن60/1±75/20 سال، قد 62/3±75/164 سانتی متر، وزن 45/5±08/55 کیلوگرم) در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند. آزمودنیها تست بروس را تا سر حد واماندگی انجام و در مرحلۀ ریکاوری، به مدت 20 دقیقه با سرعت 72/2 کیلومتر در ساعت با شیب صفر درصد، روی تردمیل راه رفتند. میزان لاکتات خون بلافاصله بعد از اجرای آزمون و نیز در حین ریکاوری (دقایق 5، 10 و 20) در دو زمان از روز (ساعات 06:00 و 18:00) و دو مرحله از سیکل عادت ماهانه اندازهگیری شد. از آزمون ANOVA برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. اثر عادت ماهانه و اثر متقابل ریتم روزانه و عادت ماهانه بر ریکاوری لاکتات معنادار نبود. همچنین تغییرات معناداری در غلظت لاکتات خون در دقایق پنج و 10 از دورۀ ریکاوری بین ساعت 06:00 و 18:00 مشاهده نشد. ولی کاهش معناداری در میزان لاکتات در دقیقه 20 از زمان ریکاوری در زمان عصر نسبت به صبح مشاهده شد. به طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد ریکاوری لاکتات در عصر نسبت به صبح سریعتر انجام میشود، ولی مراحل فولیکولی و لوتئینی از سیکل عادت ماهانه بر ریکاوری لاکتات تأثیر ندارد.

بررسی رابطه نسبت انگشت دوم به چهارم و ژنوتیپ های آنزیم مبدل آنژیوتنسین با قدرت عضلانی در ورزشکاران تمرینکرده وزنهبرداری شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط نسبت انگشت دوم به چهارم و ژنوتیپ ژن مبدل آنزیم آنژیوتنسین با قدرت عضلانی در وزنه-بردارن تمرینکرده انجام شد. بدین منظور ترکیب بدن، قدرت یک ضرب، دو ضرب و مجموع آن در 18وزنهبردار شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب (سن:8/2±2/23سال، قد:3/9±1/176سانتی متر، وزن:3/28± 9/97کیلوگرم) داوطلب حاضر در سوپر لیگ کشور که در خوزستان و در شرکت ملی نفت فعالیت میکردند، اندازهگیری شد. در جلسه دوم میزان پنج سی سی خون در وضعیت ناشتا گرفته شد تا ژنوتیپهای آنزیم مبدل آنژیوتنسین با استفاده از دستگاه PCR شمارش شوند. با بهرهگیری از روش همبستگی ساده مشخص شد که بین نسبت انگشت دوم به چهارم (P=0.3)، ژنوتیپ ID (P=0.4) و DD (P=0.39) ژن مبدل آنزیم آنژیوتنسین با قدرت عضلانی ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد. از طریق آزمون همبستگی سهمی و با حذف اثر وزن بدن بین ژنوتیپ ID (P=0.01) و DD (P=0.01) ژن آنزیم مبدل آنژیوتنسین با قدرت عضلانی ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد. آزمون رگرسیون ساده به روش ورود نیز نشان داد که میتوان مدلی را جهت برآورد قدرت عضلانی با استفاده از متغیرهای نسبت انگشت دوم به چهارم، توده خالص عضلانی و ژنوتیپهای ژن آنزیم مبدل آنژیوتنسین ارائه نمود. لذا با توجه به نتایج شاید بتوان از نسبت انگشت دوم به چهارم به عنوان فاکتوری در برنامه استعداد یابی فدراسیون وزنهبرداری استفاده نمود. همچنین با توجه به ارتباط ژنوتیپهای ژن آنزیم مبدل آنژیوتنسین با قدرت عضلانی، شاید بتوان با پژوهشهای وسیعتر بر سایر فواید بهبود در قدرت عضلانی بر سلامتی دست یافت.

مقایسۀ تأثیر دو نوع پروتکل تمرین ترکیبی (هوازی- مقاومتی) بر سطوح گلوکز خون ناشتا، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله، پروتئین واکنشگر C با حساسیت بالا و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2
هدف این پژوهش مقایسۀ تأثیر تمرین ترکیبی بر سطوح گلوکز خون ناشتا، هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله، پروتئین واکنشگر C با حساسیت بالا و مقاومت به انسولین در افراد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بودهاست. در این مطالعه 33 نفر زن مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 با دامنۀ سنی 40 تا 60 سال به سه گروه تجربی1) تمرین ترکیبی (مقاومتی- هوازی) با فاصله 20 دقیقه استراحت، تجربی2) اجرای تمرین ترکیبی بدون استراحت و 3) گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین به صورت هشت هفته و سه جلسه در هفته اجرا شد .نتایج نشانداد پروتئین واکنشگر C و هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله در دو گروه تمرینی کاهش و مقاومت به انسولین افزایش یافت، اما این تغییرات معنادار نبودند (P>0.05). غلظت گلوکز خون ناشتا در دو گروه تمرینی کاهش معناداری یافت (P<0.05). با این حال بین کاهش گلوکز خون ناشتا در دو گروه تمرینی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت. در گروه گواه هیچیک از متغیرها تغییر معنادار نداشتند. در نتیجه با توجه به آثار سودمند مشابه دو نوع تمرین ترکیبی و احتمال افت قند خون و پرهیز از خستگی بیش از حد این افراد در یک جلسه تمرین ترکیبی میتوان اجرای تمرین ترکیبی مقاومتی- هوازی را با 20 دقیقه فاصله استراحتی پیشنهاد کرد.

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر تعاملی تمرین هوازی و مصرف عصاره آبی کلاله زعفران بر میزان مالون دی آلدئید و سیستم آنتی اکسیدانی قلب و ناحیه پیشحرکتی کورتکس مغز موشهای صحرایی نر جوان پس از یک جلسه فعالیت حاد واماندهساز بود. 64 سر موش3 ماهه (وزن26±212) در چهار زیر گروه (هر زیرگروه 16 سر) [ 1-=CW مصرف آب مقطر ؛2- CSW= مصرف عصاره آبی زعفران ؛3-= ETW مصرف آب مقطر +تمرین ؛4-= ETSW مصرف عصاره آبی زعفران +تمرین] دستهبندی شدند. موشهای زیرگروه تمرین در 5 روز متوالی هفته، 5 جلسۀ 60 دقیقهای با سرعت 25 متر در دقیقه در شیب 10 درصد روی نوارگردان دویدند. در پایان دوره آزمایش، نیمی از هر زیرگروه بدون وامانده شدن و نیمه دیگر بلافاصله پس از وامانده شدن قربانی شدند و مقادیر سوپراکسیداز دیسموتاز، کاتالاز، گلوتاتیون پروکسیداز، غلظت پروتئین و مالون دی آلدئید قلب و ناحیه پیشحرکتی کورتکس مغز به صورت دستی اندازهگیری شد. داده های حاصل از آنالیز واریانس دو راهه و تک راهه با اندازهگیری های مکرر نشان داد که در نتیجه وامانده سازی سطوح مالون دی آلدئید بافت های قلب (زیر گروه 1،3) و ناحیه پیشحرکتی کورتکس مغز (زیر گروه 3،2،1) بطور معناداری افزایش نشان داد. با وجود این، اثر تعاملی تمرین هوازی و عصاره زعفران (زیر گروه 3) از افزایش سطوح پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی جلوگیری کرد. نتایج تحقیق حاضرنشان داد اثر تعاملی تمرین هوازی و عصاره زعفران آسیب های اکسایشی ناشی از فعالیت های واماندهساز را در قلب و ناحیه پیشحرکتی مغز کاهش میدهد.

مقایسۀ تأثیر یک جلسه تمرین پلایومتریک و قدرتی بر آنزیم کراتینکیناز و پروتئین واکنشگر-C سرمی مردان تکواندوکار
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسۀ تأثیر یک جلسه تمرین پلایومتریک و قدرتی با وزنه بر آنزیم کراتینکیناز تام و پروتئین واکنشگر-C سرمی مردان تکواندوکار بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمهتجربی دو گروهی بود و در آن بیست نفر مرد تکواندوکار بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه همگن (قدرتی و پلایومتریک) دستهبندی شدند. آزمودنیهای گروه قدرتی با وزنه، شش دورۀ تمرینات باز کردن زانو و پرس پا (شدت 70%) را تا رسیدن به واماندگی اجرا کردند. آزمودنیهای گروه پلایومتریک نیز شش دوره از تمرینات پرش عمقی و پرش جانبی (شدت 70%) را تا رسیدن به واماندگی اجرا کردند. آنزیم کراتینکیناز تام و پروتین واکنشگر-C سرمی هر دو گروه طی سه مرحله (30 دقیقه قبل، بلافاصله و 24 ساعت بعد از تمرین) اندازهگیری شد. دادهها در قالب میانگین و انحراف استاندارد با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر و آزمون بونفرونی در سطح معناداری (p<0.05) تجزیه و تحلیل شد. با وجود اینکه فعالیت آنزیم کراتینکیناز تام و نیز سطوح پروتئین واکنشگر-C سرمی هر دو گروه بعد از تمرین بهطور معناداری افزایش یافت، اما در تغییرات این شاخصها بین دو گروه پلایومتریک و قدرتی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (P<0.05). در نتیجه با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش حاضر بهنظر میرسد این دو شیوه، فشار فیزیولوژیکی و آسیب عضلانی یکسانی به همراه داشتهباشند و تمرینات پلایومتریک آسیب عضلانی و التهاب بیشتری در مقایسه با تمرینات قدرتی به همراه نداشت.
