تأثیر تمرین هوازی بر وخامت کلی و مقدار شاخصهای خطر متابولیک در بیماران مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک: مطالعۀ فراتحلیلی
به دلیل عدم ارائۀ تأثیر واحد تمرین بر وخامت کلی خطر متابولیک و نیز مربوط بودن سال چاپ مطالعات فراتحلیلی موجود به قبل از سال (2011)، نتایج موجود قطعیت ندارند؛ لذا، هدف از این فراتحلیل، تعیین تأثیر تمرین هوازی بر خطر کلی سندرم متابولیک و مقدار هریک از شاخصهقزی خطر در آزمودنیهای مبتلا به سندرم متابولیک میباشد. جهت انجام پژوهش، کارآزماییهای بالینی و تصادفی مربوط به بررسی تمرین هوازی بیشتر از چهار هفته بر وضعیت متابولیک بیماران سندرم متابولیک چاپ شده تا سال (2015) موردتحلیل واقع شد. فاکتور اصلی موردمطالعه، امتیاز z سندرم متابولیک و فاکتورهای ثانویۀ شاخصهای خطر متابولیک بود. شایان ذکر است که مدلهای اثرات تصادفی و ثابت جهت تحلیلها استفاده شدند و اندازۀ اثر برحسب تفاوت استاندارد میانگین در تناوبهای اطمینان 95 درصد گزارش شد. ناهمگونی بین مطالعات نیز توسط آزمون خی دو بررسی گشت و مقدار I2 بیش از 50 درصد به عنوان ناهمگونی قابلملاحظه قلمداد گردید. علاوه براین، در ارتباط با فاکتور اصلی، هشت پژوهش مورد فراتحلیل قرار گرفت که شامل 561 آزمودنی در قالب گروههای تمرین هوازی (288 نفر) و کنترل (273 نفر) بود. تغییرات استاندارد میانگین برای امتیاز z سندرم متابولیک برابر با (0/33-) و برای فاکتورهای ثانویه شامل: قندخون برابر با (0/36-)، لیپوپروتئین پرچگال برابر با (0/3)، فشار متوسط سرخرگی برابر با (0/23-)، تریگلیسرید برابر با (0/1- ) و دور کمر برابر با (0/40- ) محاسبه گردید. یافته ها نشان می دهند که تأثیر متوسط تمرین هوازی بر بهبود وخامتکلی خطر متابولیک در بیماران سندرم متابولیک، بر فواید بالینی تمرین هوازی تأکید میکند. بااینحال، تعیین تأثیر عواملی مانند سن، جنسیت، نژاد و پارامترهای تمرینی در فراتحلیلهای آماری آینده میتواند بسیار کاربردی و ارزشمند باشد.

تأثیر شش هفته تمرین پلایومتریک با زمانبندی غیرخطی بر تغییرات هورمونی، هایپرتروفی عضلانی و خاصیت ارتجاعی عضلات پای مردان ورزشکار (زمانبندی غیرخطی تمرین پلایومتریک و تغییرات هورمونی)
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاًثیر زمانبندیهای مختلف تمرین پلایومتریک بر تغییرات هورمونی، هایپرتروفی عضلانی و خاصیت ارتجاعی عضلات پا میباشد. بدینمنظور،36 ورزشکار مرد (با میانگین سنی 64/2±58/21 سال، قد 01/6±42/174 سانتیمتر و وزن 68/05±9/69 کیلوگرم) بهصورت داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت نمودند. پیشآزمون شامل: اندازهگیری متغیرهای آنتروپومتریکی، سطح مقطع عضلات ران، شاخص ارتجاعی عضلات پا و خونگیری ناشتا بود. درادامه، آزمودنیها به سه گروه تمرینی موجی روزانه، موجی هفتگی و سنتی و نیز یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند و برنامۀ تمرینی بهمدت شش هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه انجام گرفت. شایانذکر است که پس از 48 ساعت از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین، پسآزمون بهعمل آمد. همچنین، تغییرات بینگروهی با روش آماری آنکوا و آزمون تعقیبی ال اس دی بررسی گردید و تغییرات درونگروهی نیز با استفاده از آزمون تی زوجی آنالیز گشت. سطح معناداری نیز معادل (P˂0.05)در نظر گرفتهشد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که زمانبندی موجی روزانه و موجی هفتگی تمرین پلایومتریک باعث افزایش معنادار غلظت استراحتی هورمون تستوسترون، نسبت تستوسترون به کورتیزول و سطح مقطع عضلات ران نسبت به پیشآزمون و گروه کنترل شده است. زمانبندی سنتی تمرین پلایومتریک نیز تنها منجر به بهبود معناداری نسبت به پیشآزمون شده است. علاوهبراین، براساس نتایج مشخص میشود که هر سه نوع زمانبندی تمرین پلایومتریک، تاًثیر معناداری بر شاخص ارتجاعی عضلات پا نداشتهاند. با توجه به نتایج و درصد تغییرات بهنظر میرسد که زمانبندیهای غیرخطی تمرین پلایومتریک در بهبود تغییرات هورمونی، وضعیت آنابولیسم، هایپرتروفی عضلانی و خاصیت ارتجاعی عضلات پا، دارای کارایی بیشتری نسبت به زمانبندی سنتی میباشند.

مقایسۀ تأثیر زمانهای تحتتنش مختلف در مرحلۀ برونگرای فعالیت مقاومتی پویا بر شاخصهای کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری
پژوهش حاضر بهمنظور مقایسۀ تأثیر زمانهای تحت تنش مختلف در مرحلۀ برونگرای فعالیت مقاومتی پویا بر شاخصهای کوفتگی عضلانی تأخیری انجام شد. بدینمنظور،32 آزمودنی مرد غیرورزشکار (با میانگین سنی 88/2±71/21 سال، قد 42/21±5/175 سانتیمتر، وزن 4/8±87/71 کیلوگرم، شاخص تودۀ بدنی 28/3±60/23 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع و درصد چربی بدن 79/4 ± 18/19) بهصورت داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. شایانذکر است که آزمودنیها بهصورت تصادفی به چهار گروه با نسبتهایی از بخش درونگرا به برونگرا تقسیم شدند که بهترتیب دارای نسبتهای یک به یک، یک به دو، یک به سه و یک به چهار بودند. شاخصهای اندازهگیری نیز شامل: کراتینکیناز سرم، لاکتات دهیدروژناژ و درک درد عضلانی بود. شاخصهای موردنظر قبل از فعالیت مقاومتی و 24 و 48 ساعت پس از آن اندازهگیری گردیدند. علاوهبراین، تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای درونگروهی با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر انجام شد و بهمنظور بررسی تفاوت بین گروهها از آزمون ANOVA استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان میدهد که میزان کراتین کیناز و درک درد در هر چهار گروه در 24 و 48 ساعت پس از فعالیت مقاومتی افزایش معناداری داشته است (0.05 ≥P). همچنین، بین گروه یک به یک و یک به دو نیز نسبت به گروه یک به چهار تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد ( 0.05≥P). علاوهبراین، میزان لاکتات دهیدروژناژ در هر چهار گروه تنها در 24 ساعت پس از فعالیت افزایش معناداری داشت (0.05≥P) و تفاوتی بین گروهها دیده نشد.نتایج حاکی از این است که افزایش زمان تحتتنش بهصورت نسبت یک به چهار (سرعت آهستۀ اجرا) میتواند باعث افزایش تخریب عضلانی و ایجاد کوفتگی عضلانی تاخیری شود.

تأثیر تمرین هوازی در هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان ژنهای TLR4 و IL-1β در بافت قلب موشهای صحرایی نر
پژوهش حاضر اثرات تمرین هوازی بر فاکتورهای التهابی قلب موشهای درمعرض ذرات کربن سیاه را موردبررسی قرار داده است. در این پژوهش، 24 سر موش نر بالغ نژاد ویستار 10 هفتهای با میانگین وزنی 97/26±29/279 گرم به چهار گروه ششتایی تقسیم شدند که عبارت هستند از: گروه کنترل (بدون تمرین هوازی و قرارگیری درمعرض PM10)، گروه تمرین هوازی (پنج جلسه در هفته و بهمدت چهار هفته)، گروه قرارگیری درمعرض PM10 کربن سیاه (پنج میلیگرم در متر مکعب) و گروه تمرین هوازی همراه با قرارگیری درمعرض PM10 کربن سیاه. شایانذکر است که بیان ژنهای TLR4 و IL-1β در بافت قلب با استفاده از روش Real-Time PCR سنجیده شد. همچنین، جهت تعیین اختلاف معنادار بین گروهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوسویه و آزمون تعقیبی LSD با سطح معناداری 05.0≥P استفاده گردید. یافتهها نشان میدهد که تمرین هوازی توانسته است افزایش بیان ژن IL-1β ناشی از PM10 را در بافت قلب مهار کند، اما درمقایسه با گروه کنترل، بیان ژن IL-1β تنها در گروه آلودگی بهشکل معناداری بالاتر میباشد (046.P=0). نتایج بهدستآمده حاکی از آن است که چهار هفته قرارگیری درمعرض PM10کربن سیاه، بهشکل معناداری بیان ژن IL-1β را در بافت قلب افزایش میدهد و این وضعیت با انجام تمرینات هوازی وخیمتر نمیگردد.

مطالعۀ اثر یک دوره تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف عصارۀ گیاه خارمریم بر لپتین و آدیپونکتین پلاسما در مردان دارای اضافهوزن
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف عصارۀ خارمریم بر سطوح پلاسمایی لپتین و آدیپونکتین در مردان جوان دارای اضافهوزن میباشد. در این پژوهش نیمهتجربی، 36 مرد دارای اضافهوزن (با شاخص تودة بدنی 1/15±1/27 کیلوگرم بر مربعمتر و میانگین سنی 1/2±1/ 24 سال) بهشکل تصادفی به چهار گروه تمرین مقاومتی، گروه عصارۀ خارمریم، گروه تمرین مقاومتی + عصارۀ خارمریم و گروه دارونما تقسیم شدند. تمرین مقاومتی در این مطالعه شامل: حرکات پرس سینه، درازونشست کرانچ، پرس پا، بازکردن تنه، خمکردن زانو، کشش جانبی و پرس بالای سر بود که در قالب سه روز در هفته انجام شد. مصرف روزانۀ عصارة 120 میلیگرمی گیاه خارمریم نیز طی هشت هفته صورت گرفت. همچنین، سطوح گلوکز ناشتا، لپتین و آدیپونکتین خون، 48 ساعت قبل از تمرین و نیز پس از دورۀ تمرینی اندازهگیری گردید. علاوهبراین، تجزیهوتحلیل آماری دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس و کوواریانس (آنکووا) و نیز آزمون بن فرونی توسط نرمافزار اس پی اس اس نسخۀ 18 صورت پذیرفت. یافتهها نشان میدهد که پس از هشت هفته،سطوح لپتین پلاسما در هر چهار گروه بدون تغییر میباشد. سطوح آدیپونکتین پلاسما در گروه عصارۀ خارمریم نیز تغییر معناداری را نشان نمیدهد. بااینوجود، در گروههای تمرین مقاومتی و تمرین مقاومتی با مصرف عصارۀ خار مریم درمقایسه با گروه کنترل، افزایش معناداری بهچشم میخورد. براساس یافتهها به این نتیجه میرسیم که هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف عصارۀ خارمریم، تأثیر معناداری بر سطوح لپتین پلاسمایی در مردان دارای اضافهوزن ندارد، اما تمرین مقاومتی با/ یا بدون مصرف عصارۀ خارمریم، سطوح آدیپونکتین را در این افراد افزایش میدهد. همچنین، به نظر می رسد که مصرف روزانۀ 120 میلی گرم گیاه خار مریم، تأثیر معناداری بر سطوح پلاسمایی این آدیپوکاینها ندارد و این احتمال وجود دارد که مقدار دوز مصرفی این مکمل، در کسب این نتیجه تأثیرگذار باشد.

تأثیر شانزده هفته تمرین استقامتی و رژیم غذایی پرچرب بر سطوح پلاسمایی آمیلین رتهای نر نژاد ویستار
هدف از مطالعۀ حاضر، تعیین تأثیر 16 هفته تمرین استقامتی و رژیم غذایی پرچرب بر وزن و سطوح پلاسمایی آمیلین رتهای نر ویستار بود. بدینمنظور، 24 سر رت نر جوان نژاد ویستار (با دامنۀ سنی 50 تا 60 روز و میانگین وزنی 10±160 گرم) به سه گروه هشت نفره شامل: گروه پایه، گروه کنترل و گروه تمرین استقامتی تقسیم شدند. رتهای گروه تمرین استقامتی بهمدت 16 هفته و بهشکل پنج روز در هفته، هر جلسه 15 تا 65 دقیقه با سرعت 15 تا 30 متر در دقیقه (پیشرونده) روی تردمیل بدون شیب دویدند، گروه کنترل طی شانزده هفته تمرین نداشتند و گروه پایه برای خونگیری اولیه انتخاب شدند. شایانذکر است که رژیم غذایی پرچرب در دسترس دو گروه کنترل و تمرین شامل: 60 درصد چربی، 24 درصد کربوهیدارت و 16 درصد پروتئین بود. خونگیری نیز 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین با 12 ساعت ناشتایی انجام شد. درادامه، دادهها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی تجزیهوتحلیل شدند (0.05>P). یافتهها نشان میدهد که مقادیر آمیلین گروه کنترل نسبت به گروه پایه در حد معناداری بیشتر بود (0.0001>P). درمقابل، غلظت آمیلین گروه تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل (بدون تمرین) در حد معناداری کمتر بود (0.0001>P) و نسبت به گروه پایه تفاوت معناداری نداشت (0.47=P). علاوهبراین، وزن رتهای کنترل و تمرین پس از 16 هفته تمرین افزایش معناداری را نشان داد (0.0001>P)، اما در گروه تمرین نسبت به گروه کنترل در حد معناداری کمتر بود (0.795=P)؛ لذا، مصرف طولانیمدت رژیم غذایی پرچرب منجر به چاقی و هایپرآمیلینمی میشود و اضافهکردن برنامۀ تمرین استقامتی به این رژیم غذایی از ابتلای به این وضعیت جلوگیری میکند.

تأثیر شش هفته فعالیت کاهشیافته بهشکل درد نوروپاتیک بر بیان ژن پروتئین رانندۀ یکشنبۀ عصب سیاتیک رتهای نر ویستار
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر شش هفته فعالیت کاهشیافته بهشکل درد نوروپاتیک بر بیان ژن پروتئین رانندۀ یکشنبه در عصب سیاتیک رتهای نر ویستار میباشد. جهت انجام پژوهش، 10 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار (با میانگین وزنی 30±250 گرم) به دو گروه کنترل سالم (تعداد=5) و گروه فعالیت کاهشیافته (تعداد=5) تقسیم شدند. طی شش هفته پس از آن، آزمونهای رفتاری درد نوروپاتیک در گروههای پژوهشی بهصورت مستمر انجام شد و در پایان شش هفته، تغییرات بیان ژن پروتئین رانندۀ یکشنبه در عصبسیاتیک با تکنیک ریل تایم اندازهگیری گردید و با روشΔΔCT-2 و آزمون تی مستقل محاسبه شد. تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه نشان میدهد آستانۀ تحریک درد که با آزمونهای رفتاری درد نوروپاتیک آلوداینیای مکانیکی و پردردی حرارتی سنجیده شده است، در گروه لیگاتوربندی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهشکل معناداری کمتر میباشد (P≤0.05). همچنین، میزان بیان ژن پروتئین رانندۀ یکشنبه در عصب سیاتیک در گروه لیگاتوربندیشده بهطور معناداری نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش داشته است (P≤0.05). یافتههای پژوهش حاضر بیانگر این است که فعالیت کاهشیافته در اثر درد نوروپاتی با افزایش بیان پروتئین رانندۀ یکشنبه همراه بوده است که احتمالاً این افزایش با آسیبها و اختلالات مرتبط با تخریب عصب و انتقال آکسونی در فعالیت کاهشیافته بهشکل درد نوروپاتیک مرتبط میباشد.

تأثیر دورههای آمادهسازی و مسابقه بر سطوح استراحتی شاخصهای پلاکتی، فیبرینوژن و پروتئین واکنشگر C در بازیکنان حرفهای فوتبال
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر دورۀ تمرین (دورههای آمادهسازی و مسابقۀ فوتبال) بر شاخصهای پلاکتی، فیبرینوژن و CRP در بازیکنان حرفهای میباشد. بدینمنظور، 10 نفر از بازیکنان تیم فوتبال صنعت نفت آبادان (با میانگین سنی 7/2±5/22 سال، وزن 4±71 کیلوگرم، قد 5/4±5/178 سانتیمتر و شاخص تودۀ بدن 4/0±2/22 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) در این پژوهش شرکت نمودند و یک فصل دورههای آمادهسازی و مسابقۀ فوتبال (که حدوداً 10 ماه بود) را اجرا کردند. شایانذکر است که نمونههای خونی بهمنظور اندازهگیری شاخصهای پلاکتی، فیبرینوژن و CRP در چهار مرحلۀ قبل و بعد از دورۀ آمادهسازی، نیمفصل و پایان فصل مسابقات گرفته شد. جهت مقایسۀ میانگین پارامترها نیز از تحلیل واریانس مکرر استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که دورۀ تمرین باعث ایجاد تغییر معنادار در سطوح استراحتی تعداد پلاکتها، متوسط حجم پلاکتی و درصد پلاکتی شده است، اما در سطوح استراحتی پهنای توزیع پلاکتی، فیبرینوژن و CRP تغییری ایجاد نکرده است. بهطورکلی، میتوان گفت که دورۀ تمرین باعث کاهش تشکیل ترومبوز و نیز کاهش احتمال وقوع حملۀ قلبی در فوتبالیستهای حرفهای میشود.

تأثیر یک دوره تمرین منتخب کشتی بههمراه مکملدهی ال آرژنین بر مارکرهای آنژیوژنیک و آنژیواستاتیک سرمی کشتیگیران نخبه
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین منتخب کشتی بههمراه مکملدهی ال ـ آرژنین بر پاسخهای فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی و اندوستاتین کشتیگیران نخبه میباشد. در این مطالعۀ کاربردی و نیمهتجربی، 20 کشتیگیر نخبه (با میانگین سنی 47/2±13/21 سال و نمایۀ تودۀ بدنی 71/1±14/24 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس و هدفدار انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه مکمل (10 نفر) و دارونما (10 نفر) تقسیم گردیدند. طی پژوهش، هر دو گروه در انتهای مرحلۀ آمادگی عمومی قرار داشتند و بهصورت همسان در یک دوره تمرینات اختصاصی کشتی شرکت کردند. علاوهبراین، گروه مکمل و دارونما بهشکل همزمان و بهمدت 14 روز، روزانه 1/0 گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن بهترتیب ال ـ آرژنین و دارونما مصرف نمودند. شایانذکر است که پیش و پس از مداخله، مقادیر فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی و اندوستاتین سرمی (نمونۀ خونی سه سیسی) به روش الایزا اندازهگیری شد و نتایج با استفاده از نرمافزار اس. پی. اس. اس و در سطح معناداری (P<0.05) تحلیل گردید.برمبنای نتایج مشخص میشود که مقادیر فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی و نسبت فاکتور رشد اندوتلیال عروقی به اندوستاتین گروه مکمل درمقایسه با گروه دارونما افزایش معناداری داشته است (P≤0.05)؛ اما تغییرات اندوستاتین دو گروه بهلحاظ آماری معنادار نمیباشد (P≥0.05). بهنظر میرسد که توأم با انجام تمرینات تخصصی کشتی، مصرف مکمل ال ـ آرژنین (احتمالاً) میتواند سبب تحریک بیشتر فرآیند رگزایی در کشتیگیران شود.

نقش تمرین هوازی و دریافت مکمل امگا سه بر سطح پروتئین فسفریلۀ تاو در هیپوکامپ موشهای آلزایمریشده با هوموسیستئین
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و دریافت مکمل امگا سه بر سطح پروتئین فسفریلۀ تاو در هیپوکامپ موشهای آلزایمریشده با هوموسیستئین میباشد. بدینمنظور، 60 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار (سن 12 هفته و میانگین وزن 91/11±31/222 گرم) به شش گروه مساوی آلزایمری + امگا سه، آلزایمری + تمرین، آلزایمری + تمرین + امگا سه، کنترل سالم، شم و کنترل آلزایمری تقسیم شدند. شایانذکر است که برای القای آلزایمر از تزریق هوموسیستئین با دوز 6/0 مولار به درون بطن مغز استفاده شد و تمرین با سرعت 20 متر در دقیقه (60 دقیقه در هر جلسه، پنج روز در هفته روی نوار گردان) اعمال گردید. گروههای مکمل در مدت هشت هفته، روزانه 800 میلیگرم بهازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن، مکمل امگا سه دریافت کردند. لازمبهذکر است که سطح پروتئین فسفریلۀ تاو به روش الایزا اندازهگیری گشت. تحلیل دادهها نیز با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی توکی انجام شد (P<0.05). نتایج نشان میدهد که سطح پروتئین فسفریلۀ تاو هیپوکامپ در گروههای آلزایمری + تمرین، آلزایمری + مکمل امگا سه و کنترل سالم نسبت به گروه کنترل آلزایمری بهصورت معناداری پایینتر بود (مقادیر P بهترتیب 03/0، 01/0 و 003/0). درمقابل، سطح پروتئین فسفریلۀ تاو هیپوکامپ در گروه آلزایمری + تمرین + مکمل امگا سه نسبت به گروه کنترل آلزایمری تفاوت معناداری نداشت (P=0.34). بهنظر میرسد تمرین هوازی و مصرف امگا سه بهطور مستقل میتوانند باعث کاهش پروتئین فسفریلۀ تاو در هیپوکامپ موشهای آلزایمری گردند و نیز اینکه استفادۀ همزمان از دو شیوه باعث تعدیل اثر هریک از این مداخلات میشود.

سهم نسبی بلوغ جنسی، رشد جسمانی و عوامل آنتروپومتریک بر توسعۀ توان بی-هوازی پسران 10 تا 18 سالۀ شهر ماهان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین سهم نسبی عوامل آنتروپومتریک، رشد جسمانی و بلوغ جنسی در توسعۀ توان بیهوازی پسران 11 تا 18 ساله بود. بدینمنظور، 170 آزمودنی (27ـ16 نفر از ردههای سنی 18ـ11 سال) در دو جلسۀ مجزا در پژوهش شرکت کردند. جلسۀ اول شامل اندازهگیریهای تنسنجی و سنجش بلوغ جنسی با استفاده از مقیاس تانر بود. در جلسۀ دوم نیز جمعآوری بزاق جهت تعیین تستوسترون بزاقی و اندازهگیری توان بیهوازی با استفاده از آزمون وینگیت انجام شد. همچنین، تفاوت توان بیهوازی بین ردههای سنی مختلف با استفاده از آزمون آنوا، ارتباط هر عامل با توان بیهوازی بهوسیلۀهمبستگی نیمهتفکیکی درجۀ دوم و تعیین سهم نسبی هر عامل در توسعۀ توان بیهوازی با استفاده از رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. نتایج آزمون آماری آنوا نشان میدهد که توان اوج و توان میانگین نسبی بین ردههای سنی مختلف تفاوت معناداری دارد و این تفاوت از ردۀ سنی 15 سال به بعد شروع میشود (0.01>P).علاوهبراین، همبستگی معناداری بین سطوح تستوسترون بزاقی (r=0.38) و توده بدون چربی (r=0.38) با توان بیهوازی اوج بهدست آمد. بین سطوح تستوسترون بزاقی (r=0.42) و توده بدون چربی (r=0.38) با توان بیهوازی میانگین نیز ارتباط معناداری مشاهده شد. شایانذکر است که 47 درصد از تغییرات واریانس توان بیهوازی توسط تستوسترون بزاقی و توده بدون چربی قابلپیشبینی بود. بهطورکلی، بلوغ جنسی نقش مهمی در افزایش چشمگیر توان بیهوازی پس از 15 سالگی دارد؛ لذا، بهترین زمان برای اعمال تمرینات بیهوازی درکودکان، بعد از وقوع بلوغ جنسی است.

تأثیر تمرین ترکیبی و مکمل چای سبز بر میزان غلظت تستوسترون و گلوبولین متصلشونده به هورمونهای جنسی پلاسما در مردان دارای اضافهوزن
ه هدف پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تمرین ترکیبی و مکمل چای سبز بر میزان غلظت تستوسترون و گلوبولین متصلشونده به هورمونهای جنسی پلاسما در مردان دارای اضافهوزن (25<BMI<29.8) میباشد. بدینمنظور، 24 مرد (03/5±35/36 سال) غیرفعال بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه مکمل چای سبز + تمرین ترکیبی، دارونما + تمرین ترکیبی و مکمل چای سبز قرار گرفتند. گروه اول و سوم هر روز یک عدد کپسول چای سبز (500 میلیگرم) و گروه دوم نیز هر روز یک عدد کپسول نشاسته را بهمدت 10 هفته مصرف کردند. همچنین، گروه اول و دوم همزمان با مصرف مکمل یا دارونما، بهمدت 10 هفته و بهشکل سه جلسه در هفته (هر جلسه دو ساعت) به اجرای تمرین ترکیبی (تمرینات مقاومتی با شدت 75ـ60 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه بهمدت 20 دقیقه و تمرین هوازی با شدت 75ـ60 ضربان قلب بیشینه) پرداختند. نمونههای خونی قبل و پس از دورۀ تمرینی و مکملگیری گرفته شد. آزمون تحلیل واریانس 2×3 در سطح معناداری (P≤0.05) مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که پس از 10 هفته دویدن روی تردمیل بههمراه تمرینات با وزنه، تغییر معناداری در غلظت تستوسترون کل، تستوسترون آزاد و گلوبولین متصلشونده به هورمونهای جنسی پلاسما مشاهده نمیشود. همچنین، تغییر معنادار در این غلظتها پس از 10 هفته مصرف چای سبز نیز مشاهده نگردید. بهطورکلی، میتوان گفت انجام 10 هفته تمرین ترکیبی و مصرف مکمل چای سبز، بر غلظت تستوسترون پلاسما تأثیری ندارد. با توجه به اینکه اثربخشی تمرینات ورزشی و بسیاری از مکملهای گیاهی در مدتزمانهای طولانی ظاهر میگردد، توصیه میشود مطالعات بعدی با مدتزمان طولانیتری انجام شود.
