تأثیر مصرف کوتاهمدت مکمل کراتین بر دستگاه قلبی ـ عروقی و نقش آن در آمادگی هوازی و بیهوازی ورزشکاران
مطالعات بسیاری به بررسی تأثیرات مکمل کراتین پرداختهاند؛ اما تأثیرات احتمالی قلبی ـ عروقی آن بررسی نشده است؛ بنابراین، با توجه به مصرف گستردۀ آن در بین ورزشکاران، در این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر مصرف کوتاهمدت مکمل کراتین بر عملکرد همودینامیک قلب و عروق و تغییرات انقباضپذیری و نقش آن در آمادگی هوازی و بیهوازی ورزشکاران پرداخته شده است. بدینمنظور، هشت ورزشکار کاراتهکای نخبه (با میانگین سنی 1/5±0/21 سال، وزن 6/9±2/71 کیلوگرم، قد 7/4±4/180 سانتیمتر و سابقۀ تمرین 4/5±4/12) پس از احراز شرایط بهصورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. لازمبهذکر است که پژوهش با طرح متقاطع و بهصورت دوسویهکور انجام گرفت و اطلاعات همودینامیک و انقباضپذیری قلب و عروق، ظرفیت هوازی و بیهوازی و قدرت آزمودنیها بهترتیب بهوسیلۀ کاردیواسکرین در حالت استراحتی، آزمون فزاینده بر روی نوارگردان همراه با دستگاه گاز آنالایزر، آزمون وینگیت بر روی دوچرخۀ مونارک و نیروسنج دست و تنه، قبل و بعد از مصرف مکمل و دارونما جمعآوری گردید. آزمودنیها در گروههای تصادفی تعیینشدۀ مکمل و دارونما بهمدت پنج روز و هر روز 20 گرم کراتین یا دارونما در چهار مرحله دریافت نموده و قبل و بعد از آن در آزمون فزاینده شرکت کردند. بین دو مرحلۀ مصرف کراتین یا دارونما نیز 10 روز فاصله برای پاکسازی در نظر گرفته شد. علاوهبراین، تحلیل آماری نتایج با نرمافزار اس. پی. اس. اس و آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه با اندازهگیریهای تکراری در سطح معناداری (05/0) انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد که مصرف کوتاهمدت مکمل کراتین بر حجم ضربهای، برونده قلبی، کار قلب چپ، مقاومت منظم عروقی، شاخص سرعت خروج خون، شاخص شتاب خروج خون، نسبت زمان سیستولیک، آستانۀ بیهوازی، اکسیژن مصرفی بیشینه، توان بیشینه و شاخص خستگی، تأثیرات مطلوب؛ اما غیرمعناداری دارد (P≤0.05)؛ بنابراین، مصرف کوتاهمدت مکمل کراتین بر عملکرد قلبی ـ عروقی و تنفسی ورزشکاراناثرات مطلوبی بر جای میگذارد. این امر بیانگر آن است که اثرات مطلوب مکمل کراتین در کوتاهمدت، احتمالاً ناشی از سازگاریهای پیرامونی و غیرمرکزی میباشد.

اثر شدت و ویژگی پیشفعالی عضلانی بر حداکثر نیرو، سرعت پا و عملکرد پرش عمودی در مردان تمرینکرده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اثر شدت و ویژگی پیشفعالی عضلانی بر حداکثر نیرو، سرعت پا و عملکرد پرش عمودی در مردان تمرینکرده بود. بدینمنظور، 13 نفر از دانشجویان ورزشکار (با میانگین وزنی 76/3±61/70 کیلوگرم، سن 75/69±1/22 سال و قد 15/1±84/174 سانتیمتر) انتخاب شده و بهطور متقاطع و کاملاً تصادفی درمعرض پنج پروتکل متفاوت قرارگرفتند؛ این پروتکلها عبارت بودند از: گرمکردن بهتنهایی، گرمکردن و اجرای نیماسکات ایستا با شدت 60 و 90 درصد بیشینه و گرمکردن و اجرای پرش عمودی با پنج و 10 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه توسط جلیقۀ وزنه. نتایج با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان میدهد که پرش عمودی بهدنبال اجرای پروتکل پنج درصد جلیقۀ وزنه درمقایسه با پروتکل گرمکردن بهتنهایی، بهطور معناداری (86/10 درصد) افزایش یافته است (P=0.003)؛ اما درمقایسۀ دوبهدوی پروتکلها تفاوت معناداری بهلحاظ آماری مشاهده نمیشود. در ارتباط با عملکرد سرعت پا پس از اجرای پروتکلهای پنج(97/10 درصد)و ده درصد (8/5 درصد)جلیقۀ وزنه نیز درمقایسه با پروتکل گرمکردن، افزایش معناداری (P=0.02, P=0.04) وجود دارد؛ اما درمقایسۀ دوبهدوی پروتکلها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نمیشود. شایانذکر است که درمورد عملکرد حداکثر نیرو، افزایش معناداری از نظر آماری پس از اجرای پروتکلها درمقایسه با پروتکل گرمکردن بهچشم نمیخورد. یافتهها بیانگر آن است که بهکارگیری ویژگی الگوی حرکتی در ترکیب با شدت و بار مناسب باعث افزایش عملکرد توانی ـ سرعتی درمقایسه با سایر روشهای گرمکردن میشود.

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر میزان محدودیت جریان خون (کاآتسو) هنگام فعالیت ایزومتریک بر غلظت هورمون رشد و تستوسترون مردان فعالبود. این پژوهشازنوع مطالعاتنیمهتجربیبوده و 10 مرد فعال (دارای یک تا سه جلسه فعالیت در هفته، میانگین سنی 32/2±8/23 سال و شاخص تودۀ بدنی 80/1±26/24 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) که سابقۀ انجام تمرین مقاومتی را داشتند، بهصورت داوطلبانه در آن شرکت نمودند. ابتدا، فشار سیستولی پای آزمودنیها بهوسیلۀ دستگاه سونوگرافی داپلر رنگی تعیین گردید و سپس، آزمودنیها پروتکل پژوهش را که شش انقباض ایزومتریک 10 ثانیهای با بار 65 درصد و حداکثر انقباض ارادی با 60 ثانیه استراحت بین هر انقباض و با چند فشار مختلف محدودیت جریان خون (صفر (بدون فشار)، 70، 100 و 130 درصد فشار سیستولی پا) بود، اجرا کردند. لازمبهذکر است که نمونههای خون پیش از فعالیت، بلافاصله پس از فعالیت و 15 دقیقه پسازآن گرفته شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها تعامل معناداری را در هورمون رشد، تستوسترون و لاکتات بین فشارهای مختلف محدودیت جریان خون (جلسه×زمان) نشان نمیدهد (P>0.05). علاوهبراین، نتایج حاکی از آن است که میزان هورمون رشد، تستوسترون و لاکتات بلافاصله پس از فعالیت نسبت بهپیش از آن در تمامی فشارهای محدودیت جریان خون افزایشیافته است (P<0.05)؛ اما بهجز هورمون تستوسترون (P=0.074)، میزان هورمون رشد و لاکتات در 15 دقیقه پس از فعالیت نسبت بهپیش از آن در تمامی فشارهای محدودیت جریان خون معنادار میباشد (P<0.05). میتوان گفت باوجوداینکه با افزایش فشار محدودیت جریان خون، میزان هورمونهای رشد و تستوسترون افزایشیافته است؛ اما تفاوت معنادار در مقدار هورمونهای تستوسترون و رشد بین فعالیت با فشارهای مختلف محدودیت جریان خون در یک شدت برابر مشاهده نمیشود.

تأثیر سه برنامة تمرین ترکیبی هوازی مقاومتی با شدتهای مختلف بر سطوح آدیپونکتین، پروتئین متصل به رتینول چهار و نیمرخ لیپیدی در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سه برنامة تمرین ترکیبی هوازی ـ مقاومتی با شدتهای مختلف بر سطوح آدیپونکتین، پروتئین متصل به رتینول چهار و نیمرخ لیپیدی در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو انجام گرفت. بدینمنظور، 43 بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بهصورت تصادفی درچهار گروه (سه گروه تمرین ترکیبی یک (سن0/3±9/47، وزن1/1±9/77 و شاخص تودة بدنی 5/3±3/26)؛ دو (سن 3/6±8/45، وزن 7/6±8/80 و شاخص تودة بدنی 8/1±9/26)؛ سه (سن 9/0±5/47، وزن 7/11±9/82 و شاخص تودة بدنی 9/2±0/28) و گروه کنترل (سن 2/1±9/46، وزن 3/4±10/84 و شاخص تودة بدنی4/2±2/28) تقسیم شدند و گروههای تمرینی، تمرین ترکیبی هوازی ـ مقاومتی را بهمدت12 هفته و با شدتهای مشخص (گروه یک: مقاومتی60-50 درصدیک تکرار بیشینه، هوازی80-70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه؛ گروه دو: مقاومتی70-60 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه، هوازی70-60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه؛ گروه سه: مقاومتی80-70 درصدیک تکرار بیشینه، هوازی60-50 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه)اجرا نمودند. جهت انجام پژوهش، فرایند خونگیری بهمنظور تعیین سطوح آدیپونکتین، پروتئین متصل به رتینول چهار و نیمرخ لیپیدی، قبل و پس از 12 هفته انجام گرفت و دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس تجزیهوتحلیل شد.نتایج نشان میدهد که سطوح پروتئین متصل به رتینول چهار در گروه دو و سۀ تمرین ترکیبی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهطور معناداری کاهش یافته است (P<0.05). مقادیر تریگلیسرید نیز در هر سه گروه تمرینی نسبت به گروه کنترل بهطور معناداری کاهش را نشان میدهد (P<0.05). شایانذکر است که برمبنای نتایج،تفاوت معناداری در وزن، شاخص تودة بدنی، درصد چربی، سطوح آدیپونکتین، کلسترول تام،لیپوپروتئین کلسترول با چگالی بالا و لیپوپروتئین کلسترول با چگالی پایین بین گروهها مشاهده نمیشود و 12 هفته تمرین ترکیبی با شدتهای مختلف، تأثیری بر شاخصهای آنتروپومتریک و آدیپونکتین بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو نداشته است. بااینحال، میتوان گفت که دو برنامة تمرین ترکیبی گروه دو و سه بهواسطۀ کاهش سطوح پروتئین متصل به رتینول چهار و تریگلیسرید میتواند در بهبود اختلالات متابولیکی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو مفید باشد.

اثر مصرف مکمل فولات طی 10 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر گرلین معده و سرم و انسولین سرم موشهای صحرایی نر ویستار
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر مصرف مکمل فولات طی 10 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر گرلین معده، سرم و انسولین سرم موشهای صحرایی نر ویستار بود. بدینمنظور، 32 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار با سن هشت هفته و وزن 2/18±4/204 گرم، پس از یک هفته آشناسازی بهصورت تصادفی (برحسب وزن بدن) به چهار گروه مساوی (هشت سر در هر گروه) کنترل، مکمل، تمرین مقاومتی و تمرین مقاومتی+ مکمل تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرینی بهمدت 10 هفته(پنج جلسه در هفته) تمرین مقاومتی را بر روی نردبان(دارای 26 پله) با وزنهای معادل 30 درصد وزن بدن خودآغاز نمودند که وزن آن تا هفتۀ آخر بهتدریج به 250 درصد وزن بدن آنها رسید. قابلذکر است که مکملدهی بهصورت 10 میلیگرم اسیدفولیک محلول در هر لیتر آب مصرفی انجام شد. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسة تمرینی، موشها بیهوش گشتند، تشریح شدند و نمونههای معده و سرم آنها جمعآوری گردید. علاوهبراین میزان گرلین، انسولین سرم و گرلین معدۀ آنها بهوسیلۀ کیت الایزا اندازهگیری گشت و با روشهای آماری آنووا و کروسکال والیس تجزیهوتحلیل گردید (0.05>P). نتایج نشان میدهد که گرلین سرم در گروه تمرین مقاومتی درمقایسه با گروههای کنترل (P=0.002)، مکمل (P=0.001) و مقاومتی+ مکمل (P=0.017) بهطور معناداری کاهش یافته است. مصرف فولات نیز موجب افزایش معنادار در گروه مقاومتی+ مکمل درمقایسه با گروه کنترل (P=0.014) و تمرین مقاومتی (P=0.017) شده است. در غلظت انسولین سرم گروههای چهارگانه نیز تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نمیشود (P=0.673). براساس یافتهها، مصرف فولات در طول تمرینات مقاومتی، گرلین معده را افزایش داده و یا حداقل از کاهش آن در سرم جلوگیری مینماید.

تأثیر دو نوع برنامۀ تمرینی هوازی و مقاومتی بر سطح انسولین و رزیستین زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثر برنامۀ تمرینی هوازی و مقاومتی بر سطح رزیستین، قندخون ناشتا، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری انجام شد. بدینمنظور، 34 نفر از زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری بهصورت دردسترس انتخاب شدند و بهطور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. 12 آزمودنی (با میانگین سنی 60/2±39/28 سال) در گروه تمرین هوازی در آب (سه جلسه در هفته، 45ـ30 دقیقه در روز، با شدت 50 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه)، 11 آزمودنی (با میانگین سنی 14/7±42/30 سال) در گروه تمرین مقاومتی (سه جلسه در هفته، بهصورت دو تا سه ست، 15 تکرار، با شدت 50 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و میزان درک تلاش) شرکت کردند و 11 نفر (با میانگین سنی 23/4±18/29 سال) نیز درقالب گروه کنترل در طول دورۀ پژوهش هیچگونه فعالیت بدنی نداشتند. در مرحلۀ پیشآزمون و پسآزمون جهت برآورد میزان سطح قندخون، انسولین و رزیستین، خونگیری بهعمل آمد و جهت اندازهگیری میزان رزیستین از روش الایزا استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون تی زوجی، کاهش معناداری را در قندخون ناشتا در گروه مقاومتی (P=0.012) و کاهش غیرمعناداری را در گروه هوازی (P=0.31) نشان میدهد. در سطح رزیستین، انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین و حساسیت به انسولین نیز در گروههای تمرینی تغییرات غیرمعناداری مشاهده شد. علاوهبراین، نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشانگر تفاوت معنادار در کاهش شاخص مقاومت به انسولین (P=0.008) و افزایش سطوح پلاسمایی انسولین (P=0.031) و حساسیت به انسولیندر بین گروهها بود؛ درحالیکه تحلیل واریانس، تفاوت معناداری را در سطوح رزیستین گروهها نشان نداد. بهنظر میرسد (احتمالاً) تمرینات مقاومتی درمقایسه با تمرینات هوازی در کاهش سطح گلوکز ناشتا و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به دیابت بارداری مؤثرتر میباشند.

تأثیر تمرین هوازی شدید بر شاخصهای میگرنی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی در زنان مبتلا به میگرن
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی با شدت بالا بر شاخصهای میگرنی و بهبود کیفیت زندگی در زنان مبتلا به میگرن با طرح دو گروه پیشآزمون و پسآزمون (گروه گواه (9=n)) و گروه تمرین هوازی با شدت بالا (9=n) و با نمونهگیری تصادفی در میان بیماران زن میگرنی (میانگین سنی 5/2±8/22 سال، میانگین شاخص توده بدنی (8/40±2/20 و میانگین درصد چربی 01/6±41/22 درصد) انجام گرفت. پروتکل تمرین استقامتی دویدن با شدت بالا (17-15 مقیاس درک فشار بورگ) شامل هشت هفته تمرین بهصورت سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه بهمدت 30 دقیقه بود. لازم به ذکر است که یک ماه قبل و بعد از پروتکل تمرین، شاخصهای میگرنی (تکرار، مدت و شدت حملات) توسط پرسشنامه (ثبت سردردهای روزانه) بررسی گردید و 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از پروتکل تمرین نیز کیفیت زندگی و آمادگی هوازی ارزیابی شد. تجزیهوتحلیل آماری دادهها نیز با استفاده از روش آماری آنالیز کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی ال.اس.دی انجام گرفت. با درنظرگرفتن مقادیر پیشآزمون، تفاوت معناداری در پسآزمون بین دو گروه موردآزمایش مشاهده نمیشود (0.001>P) نتایج حاکی از آن است که تمرین هوازی با شدت بالا موجب کاهش معنادار شدت(0.05>P)، تعداد (0.001>P) و مدت (0.05>P) حملات سردرد و بهبود کیفیت زندگی (0.001>P) و نیز افزایش آمادگی هوازی (0.001>P) شده است. بهطورکلی، تمرین هوازی با شدت بالا با تأثیر مثبت بر شاخصهای میگرنی، کیفیت زندگی و بهبود آمادگی هوازی (احتمالاً) میتواند بهعنوان یک رویکرد درمانی غیردارویی برای بیماران میگرنی در نظر گرفته شود.

مقایسۀ هشت هفته تمرینات تداومی و تناوبی بر دستگاه PRO-BNP/CORIN در بیماران شریان کرونر قلبی پس از عمل جراحی CABG
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ اثر هشت هفته تمرین تداومی و تناوبی بر دستگاه پرو-بیانپی/کورین در بیماران قلبی پس از عمل جراحی پیوند شریان کرونر بود. بدین منظور، 36 بیمار (27 مرد و نه زن) (با میانگین سنی 81/5±32/60 سال، قد 25/9±64/164 سانتیمتر، وزن 23/14±86/73 کیلوگرم، میزان چربی زیرپوستی 28/4±30/32 درصد، میزان فشار خون استراحتی اندازهگیری شده در حالت نشسته به ترتیب سیستولی49/6±67/142 و دیاستولی 16/5±50/84 میلیمتر جیوه و ظرفیت عملکردی 49/2±8/7مت) هدفمند انتخاب شدند و سپس، بهصورت تصادفی در سه گروه کنترل (بدون انجام برنامۀ تمرینی)، تمرینات تداومی و تناوبی (سه جلسه تمرین در هفته به مدت هشت هفته) با شدتهای بهترتیب 65 تا 80 درصد و 80 تا 95 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره جایگذاری شدند. نمونهگیری خونی نیز 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از دورۀ تمرینی انجام شد. پس از تعیین غیرطبیعی بودن توزیع دادهها از طریق آزمون شاپیروـویلک، از آزمونهای ویلکاکسون و کروسکال والیس جهت تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در گروه کنترل، پرو-بیانپی افزایش یافته و کورین و بیانپی کاهش معناداری داشتهاند (P=0.005,0.012,0.00). همچنین، در هر دو گروه تمرین تداومی و تناوبی، پرو-بیانپی و بیانپی کاهش و کورین افزایش یافتهاند؛ اما این تغییرات تنها در گروه تمرین تناوبی معنادار بودند (P=0.005,0.002,0.002) علاوه بر این، تفاوت بینگروهی این تغییرات نیز معنادار بود(P≤0.001). بهطورکلی، تمرین تناوبی در مقایسه با تمرین تداومی باعث بهبود بیشتر دستگاه پرو-بیانپی/کورین پس از عمل جراحی پیوند شریان کرونر میشود.

مقایسۀ دو و چهار هفته مکملیاری کوآنزیم Q10 بر آستانۀ تهویه و آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی ورزشکاران استقامتی مرد جوان
هدف از این پژوهش نیمهتجربی، تعیین تأثیر دو و چهار هفته مکملیاری کوآنزیم Q10 بر آستانۀ تهویه (VT) و آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی (RCP) ورزشکاران استقامتی مرد جوان بود. جهت انجام پژوهش، 14 مرد جوان ورزشکار (با میانگین سنی 2/1±4/22 سال، درصد چربی 4/4±5/12 و توان هوازی 7/2±3/53 میلیلیتر/ کیلوگرم/ دقیقه) بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی (هفت نفره) قرار گرفته و در یک پژوهش دوسویهکور بهمدت چهار هفته، کوآنزیم Q10 (گروه مکمل) و دکستروز (گروه کنترل) را بهمقدار 60 میلیگرم در روز بهصورت کپسول مصرف نمودند. درادامه، دو گروه بهمنظور تعیین آستانۀ تهویه و آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی، آزمون بیشینۀ فزایندۀ ایلیف را در روزهای اول، چهاردهم و بیست و هشتم بر روی نوارگردان انجام دادند. شایانذکر است که گازهای تنفسی با استفاده از دستگاه گازآنالیزور نفس به نفس جمعآوری گردید و مقادیر VO2، VCO2 و VE اندازهگیری شد. اکسیژن معادل با آستانۀ تهویه و آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی نیز در فواصل زمانی 15 ثانیهای برآورد گردید. همچنین، بهمنظور مقایسۀ متغیرها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر، آزمون تعقیبی بونفرنی (درونگروهی) و تی مستقل (بین گروهی) استفاده شد (P<0.05). نتایج نشان میدهد که در گروه کوآنزیم Q10، میانگین اکسیژن مصرفی معادل با آستانۀ تهویه و VO2max افزایش معناداری داشته است؛ اما این افزایش نسبت به گروه کنترل اختلاف معناداری ندارد(P>0.05). علاوهبراین، در هیچیک از گروهها، آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی در سه مرحلۀ زمانی اختلاف معناداری را نشان نمیدهد (0.34=P,1.19=(2,12)F). بهطورکلی، مکملیاری کوآنزیم Q10 بهمدت دو و چهار هفته، تأثیر معناداری بر آستانۀ تهویه و آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی مردان جوان ورزشکار نداشته است؛ در نتیجه، مکملیاری کوآنزیم Q10 بهمقدار 60 میلیگرم در روز بهمدت دو و چهار هفته، تأثیری بر آستانۀ تهویه و آستانۀ تنفسی جبرانی ورزشکاران استقامتی مرد جوان ندارد.

تأثیر یک دوره مکملدهی الآرژنین بر پاسخ گیرندۀ نیکوتینی استیل کولین عضلۀ اسکلتی موشهای صحرایی نر سالمند به فعالیت حاد واماندهساز
هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره مکملدهی الآرژنین بر پاسخ گیرندۀ نیکوتینی استیل کولین بافت عضلات اندام عقبی موشهای صحرایی سالمند به فعالیت حاد واماندهساز بود. بدینمنظور، 32 سر موش نر نژاد ویستار (22ماهه،20±380 گرم) آزمودنیهای این پژوهش را تشکیل دادند و بهطور تصادفی به چهار گروه مکمل الآرژنین همراه با فعالیت استقامتی واماندهساز بلافاصله، مکمل الآرژنین بلافاصله، ورزش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. قابلذکر است که موشهای گروه مکمل بهمدت دو هفته، آب حاوی 5/2 درصد الآرژنین را مصرف نمودند. در روز فعالیت ورزشی، رتهای گروه ورزش در شرایط فعالیت واماندهساز با سرعت 30 متر در دقیقه و شیب پنج درجه، معادل 80ـ75 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی فعالیت کردند. سپس، حیوانات بلافاصله و چهار ساعت بعد از فعالیت استقامتی واماندهساز بیهوش شدند و نمونهگیری از بافت عضلۀ بازکنندۀ دراز انگشتان پا و نعلی صورت گرفت. جهت بررسی دادهها نیز از تحلیل واریانس یکسویه استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که میزان پروتئین گیرندۀ نیکوتینی استیل کولین عضلۀ نعلی و بازکنندۀ دراز انگشتان در گروههای الآرژنین بلافاصله، بهطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل میباشد (0.001>P). میزان پروتئین گیرندۀ نیکوتینی استیل کولین عضلۀ نعلی و بازکنندۀ دراز انگشتان نیز در گروههای فعالیت واماندهساز چهار ساعت بعد و گروه الآرژنین بههمراه فعالیت واماندهساز چهار ساعت بعد، بهطور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل است (0.001>P). بهنظر میرسد مکملدهی الآرژنین بههمراه فعالیت استقامتی میواند روش مناسبی برای کاهش سارکوپنیا با اثرگذاری بر میزان پروتئین گیرندۀ نیکوتینی استیل کولین در افراد سالمند باشد.

اثر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی با دو شدت مختلف بر شاخصهای استرس اکسیداتیو مردان جوان
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر دو شدت مختلف تمرین مقاومتی با حجم یکسان بر سطوح پلاسمایی مالوندیآلدهید، گلوتاتیون احیا و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام در مردان سالم بود. بدینمنظور، 30 مرد سالم با دامنۀ سنی 25ـ20 سال بهصورت داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت نمودند و بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه تمرین مقاومتی با شدت متوسط (هایپرتروفی)، تمرین مقاومتی با شدت بالا (قدرتی) و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرین مقاومتی هایپرتروفی (سه ست 10 تکراری با شدت 70 درصد یک تکرار بیشنه) و تمرین قدرتی (چهار ست شش تکراری با شدت 85 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) بهمدت هشت هفته وبهصورت سه جلسه در هفته اجرا گردید. همچنین، نمونههای خون سیاهرگی در شرایط ناشتا و در دو نوبت، 24 ساعت قبل از شروع پروتکل و 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرینی از آزمودنیها گرفته شد. تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان میدهد که غلظت مالوندیآلدهید در گروههای تمرینی نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معناداری پیدا کرده است (P=0.016) که میزان آن در گروه تمرین هایپرتروفی درمقایسه با گروه تمرین قدرتی بیشتر میباشد (P=0.04). همچنین، غلظت گلوتاتیون احیا در گروههای تمرینی نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش معناداری را نشان میدهد (P=0.027). تمرین هایپرتروفی نیز موجب افزایش بیشتر در گلوتاتیون احیا درمقایسه با تمرین قدرتی شده است. علاوهبراین، سطوح ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام در دو گروه تمرینی افزایش یافته است؛ اما این افزایش تنها در گروه تمرین هایپرتروفی معنادار میباشد (P=0.013). لازمبهذکر است که تفاوت معناداری بین گروهها مشاهده نمیشود (P=0.103). درمجموع، تمرینات مقاومتی (احتمالاً) میتواند موجب بهبود سیستم آنتیاکسیدانی (گلوتاتیون احیا و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام) و کاهش مالوندیآلدهید شود که این تغییرات مستقل از شدت تمرین میباشد.

اثر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر میزان اشتها، کالری دریافتی و رفتار تغذیهای زنان غیرفعال دارای اضافهوزن
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر میزان اشتها، کالری دریافتی و رفتار تغذیهای زنان غیرفعال دارای اضافهوزن بود. بدینمنظور، 30 دانشجوی دارای اضافهوزن بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین (با میانگین سنی 67/3±73/22 سال، قد 65/6±5/165 سانتیمتر، وزن 03/10±48/74 کیلوگرم و نمایۀ تودۀ بدن 47/2±50/27) و کنترل (با میانگین سنی 51/2±91/22 سال، قد 55/3±73/163 سانتیمتر، وزن 15/8±83/74 کیلوگرم و نمایۀ تودۀ بدن 75/2±20/28) تقسیم گردیدند. ابتدا، آزمودنیها پرسشنامۀ رفتار تغذیهای، بسامد غذایی و میزان اشتها را تکمیل نمودند و ویژگیهای آنتروپومتریک آنها اندازهگیری گردید. قابلذکر است که گروه تمرین بهمدت هشت هفته در برنامۀ تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط شرکت کرد و گروه کنترل در این مدت زندگی روزمرۀ خود را ادامه داد. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین، آزمودنیها مجدداً پرسشنامههای مذکور را تکمیل نمودند و ویژگیهای آنتروپومتریک آنها اندازهگیری گشت. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمون تی وابسته و مستقل نشان میدهد که تمرین سبب کاهش معنادار (0.01>P) انرژی دریافتی در گروه تمرین، همراه با کاهش معنادار مصرف چربی (0.01>P) و کربوهیدرات (0.05>P) شده است؛ درحالیکه تغییرات انرژی دریافتی بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری را نشان نمیدهد (0.05<P). علاوهبراین، هیچگونه تغییری در میزان اشتها در گروهها مشاهده نمیشود (0.05<P). یافتهها بیانگر این است که هشت هفته تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط منجر به کاهش انرژی دریافتی و میزان کربوهیدرات و چربی مصرفی در گروه تمرین میشود، اما این تغییرات به اندازهای نیست که تفاوتی با گروه کنترل داشته باشد؛ ازاینرو، بهنظر میرسد که ارائۀ برنامۀ غذایی یا آموزش تغذیهای همراه با برنامۀ ورزشی میتواند نتایج مؤثرتری را در پی داشته باشد.
