The subjects of training groups underwent two models of HIIT at different volume (moderate and high) for 8 weeks (5 sessions per week). Forty-eight hours after last training session, rats were euthanized and subcutaneous adipose tissue (inguinal depot) were quickly dissected out. The Syber Green Real Time–PCR method were used to measure the gene expression of UCP-1.
