		<Abstract>The objective of this study was to assess the effect of eight weeks of Pilates training on serum levels of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor, Malondialdehyde and Total Antioxidant Capacity in women with Multiple Sclerosis. Twenty-one Women with Multiple Sclerosis (mean age 36.40±8.30 years, body mass index 25.39±5.80 kg/m2 and expanded disability status scale 2.67±1.70), were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Experimental group performed eight weeks Pilates training (three days per week). Blood samples were collected 24h before and 48h after the training.
