چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرین تناوبی هوازی بر سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین آسیلدار، پپتید تیروزین تیروزین (PYY) و پپتید شبهگلوکاگون-1 (GLP-1)در مردان جوان سالم بود.تعداد 20 دانشجوی مرد جوان 25/1 ± 26/22 سال با شاخص تودة بدنی 4/1 ± 2/23 کیلوگرم بر مربع متر بهطور تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تمرین تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرینی بهمدت 12 هفته تمرین تناوبی هوازی را انجام دادند. این تمرین شامل دویدن روی نوارگردان با دورههای چهار دقیقه فعالیت شدت 85 تا 95 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه و سه دقیقه استراحت فعال با شدت 65 تا 75 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه بود. سطوح پلاسمایی گرلین آسیلدار، PYY وGLP-1 در مراحل قبل از تمرین، هشت و 12 هفته بعد از تمرین به روش الایزا سنجیده شدند. در تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، آزمون یومن ویتنی برای مقایسة دادههای دو گروه تمرین و کنترل و برای مقایسة دورههای زمانی مختلف تمرین از ویلکاکسون استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که در هفتة دوازدهم در مقایسه با هفتة هشتم، سطوح گرلین آسیلدار در گروه تمرین کاهش معنادار(P = 0.008)داشتند؛ باوجوداین، سطوح گرلین آسیلدار، PYY و GLP-1 بعد از هشت و 12 هفته تمرین، در گروه تمرین در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بدون تغییر مانده بودند. درمجموع، بهنظر میرسد که تغییرات هورمونهای درگیر در اشتهای مردان جوان با وزن طبیعی در پاسخ به تمرینهای تناوبی هوازی چشمگیر نیستند؛ اما یک دوره تمرین تناوبی 12 هفتهای در مقایسه با هشت هفته ممکن است اشتها را کاهش دهد.
