چکیده
با توجه بهتأثیر اپلین بر متابولیسم گلوکز، انسولین و تغییر آن در شرایط هایپوکسیک، هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسیتمرین هوازی در شرایط هایپوکسی نورموباریک بر آپلین و مقاومت به انسولین بود. بیست نفر مرد سالم دارای اضافهوزن (میانگین ± انحراف معیار: سن: 7/6±1/23 سال، BMI = 2.9 ± 28.1 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) از طریق اطلاعیه و بهصورت داوطلبانه در مطالعة حاضر شرکت کردند و بهصورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین هایپوکسی و نورموکسی تقسیم شدند. تمرین هشت هفته ای گروه هایپوکسی در ارتفاع شبیهسازیشدة 2700 متری در داخل چادر هایپوکسی و تمرین گروه نورموکسی در شرایط نورموکسیا با شدت 60 درصد حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی انجام شد. نمونهگیری خون از دو گروه، قبل از تمرین و 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسة تمرینی گرفته شد و برای اندازهگیری اپلین، انسولین و سطح گلوکز استفاده شد. برای مقایسة متغیرها بین دو گروه، از آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته در سطح معناداری (P < 0.05) استفاده شد. در مقایسة تغییرات متغیرهای پژوهش در دو شرایط تمرینی، نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین در شرایط هایپوکسی در مقایسه با تمرین در شرایط نورموکسی بر شاخصهای ترکیب بدنی و Vo2max تأثیر نداشت (P > 0.05)، اما باعث افزایش معنادار آپلین و کاهش معنادار مقاومت به انسولین و انسولین در مقایسه با گروه نورموکسی شد (P < 0.05). این پژوهش برای نخستین بار نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین در شرایط هایپوکسی نورموباریک موجب افزایش سطح سرمی اپلین مردان دارای اضافهوزن میشود و تمرین در شرایط هایپوکسی نسبت به تمرین در شرایط نورموکسی باعث کاهش بیشتر مقاومت به انسولین میشود.
