چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، مقایسۀ آثار فعالیت هوازی و محدودیت کالریک بر سطوح آدروپین سرم، شاخص مقاومت به انسولین (HOMA-IR) و شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریک در زنان چاق کم‌تحرک بود. بدین‌منظور، ٣٠ نفر از زنان چاق کم‌تحرک (با میانگین سنی ٤/٥±3/٤٠ سال؛ وزن ١/٧±9/٧٧ کیلوگرم) در ‌پژوهش شرکت نمودند و به‌طور تصادفی به سه گروه محدودیت کالریک (گروه تجربی یک)، فعالیت هوازی به‌همراه محدودیت کالریک (گروه تجربی دو) و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی یک از یک رژیم غذایی با ٢٥ درصد محدودیت کالریک به‌مدت ١٦ هفته استفاده نمود. آزمودنی‌های گروه تجربی دو نیز از یک برنامۀ تمرینی شامل: فعالیت هوازی و دویدن بر روی تردمیل به‌مدت ٣٤/٥±٨٥/٦٦ دقیقه به‌صورت هفته‌ای سه جلسه به‌همراه 50 درصد محدودیت کالریک از برنامۀ رژیم غذایی گروه تجربی یک به‌صورت ترکیبی استفاده نمودند (٥/١٢ درصد افزایش هزینۀ انرژی و ٥/١٢ درصد محدودیت کالریک). قبل و پس از ١٦ هفته، خون‌گیری به‌منظور اندازگیری آدروپین سرم انجام شد. داده‌ها نیز با استفاده از آزمون آماری تی زوجی و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه در سطح معناداری (P
