چکیده
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، فراتحلیل تأثیر فعالیتهای ورزشی استقامتی بر برخی متغیرهای وابسته به دیابت نوع دو در مطالعات انجامشده در داخل کشور بود. پایگاههای اطلاعاتی sid.ir و magiran.com و نیز سامانة نشریات علمی و پژوهشی موردتأیید وزارت علوم در رشتة تربیتبدنی، از سال 1380 تا 1395 جستوجو شدند. فهرست منابع مورداستفاده در تمامی مقالاتی که در جستوجوی الکترونیک یافت شدند، به شکل دستی ارزیابی شد تا سایر منابع احتمالی نیز پیدا شوند. کلیدواژههای مورداستفاده برای جستوجو، دیابت نوع دو در ترکیب با «دیابت» یا «تمرین استقامتی» یا «تمرین هوازی» یا «فعالیت ورزشی» یا «حساسیت انسولینی» یا «نیمرخ لیپیدی» یا «گلوکز خون ناشتا» و در ترکیب با "HbA1c" بود. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار STATA نسخة 12 انجام شد و سطح معناداری 0.05 ≥P درنظر گرفته شد. بهطورکلی، 85 مقاله در بررسی اولیه یافت شدند که پس از بررسی معیارهای ورود، سه مقاله شرایط لازم برای ورود به این پژوهش را داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که میان فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و سطوح گلوکز خون (0.0001 =P ، 423/0- تا 396/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و انسولین (0.0001 = P، 469/0- تا 479/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و مقاومت به انسولین (0.0001 =P ، 591/0- تا 605/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و هموگلوبین گلیکوزیله (0.001 =P ، 369/0- تا 334/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و LDL-c (0.007 = P، 172/0- تا 111/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و HDL-c (0.0001 =P ، 591/0- تا 605/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و تری گلیسرید (0.018 = P، 097/0- تا 030/1- 95% CI)، فعالیت ورزشی استقامتی و کلسترول ( 0.002= P، 281/0- تا 229/1- 95% CI) ارتباط معناداری وجودداشت.
