چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی و هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه بر بیان ژن اینترلوکین-شش در هیپوکمپ و قشر قدامی مغز موش‌های صحرایی نر بود. 24 سر موش نر نژاد ویستار هشت تا ده‌هفته‌ای به‌طور تصادفی در چهار گروه الف) کنترل، ب) آلودگی، ج) تمرین و د) تمرین- آلودگی قرار گرفتند. از دستگاه تزریق ذرات و اتاقک (فالونک) به‌منظور قرارگیری حیوانات در معرض ذرات کربن سیاه با قطر کمتر از ده میکرون استفاده شد. موش‌های گروه‌های آلودگی و تمرین- آلودگی به مدت چهار هفته (پنج روز در هفته، دو ساعت در روز) در معرض هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه قرار گرفتند. پس از هر جلسه آلودگی، گروه تمرین آلودگی به همراه گروه تمرین به اجرای برنامه تمرین هوازی با 50 درصد سرعت بیشینه خود (60 دقیقه در هر جلسه) پرداخته و 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه حیوانات قربانی شدند. با استفاده از روش ریل  تایم-Pcr، بیان ژن اینترلوکین-شش بافت‌های هیپوکمپ و قشر قدامی مغز موش‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. جهت تعیین معنادار بودن تأثیر تمرین و آلودگی از تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه استفاده گردید. هوای آلوده به ذرات کربن سیاه منجر به افزایش معنی‌داری در بیان ژن اینترلوکین-شش بافت‌های هیپوکمپ (0.007=P) و قشر قدامی مغز ( 0.010=P) گردید، بااین‌وجود تمرین هوازی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر بیان این ژن نداشت. باوجود عدم معنی‌داری تأثیر تمرین هوازی بر بیان ژن اینترلوکین-شش نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که میزان بیان این ژن در گروه‌های تمرین و آلودگی- تمرین کمتر از گروه آلودگی بود. بنابراین به نظر می‌رسد تمرین می­تواند با کاهش اینترلوکین-شش در مغز اثرات التهاب عصبی ناشی از آلودگی را تعدیل کند.
