چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین ‌استقامتی هم حجم بر سطوح عامل نوروتروفیک مشتق از سلول‌های گلیال (GDNF)، عامل هسته­ای کاپاB (NF-KB) و درد در بخش حسی نخاع موش‌های صحرایی دیابتی مبتلابه نوروپاتی بود. نمونة پژوهش 40 سر موش صحرایی نژاد ویستار 10 ‌هفته‌ای با دامنة وزنی 260-230 گرم بود. تعداد 10 سر موش در گروه کنترل سالم قرار گرفتند و 30 سر نیز با تزریق درون‌صفاقی استرپتوزوتوسین (45 میلی‌گرم/ کیلوگرم محلول در بافر سیترات، 5/4 pH:) دیابتی شدند. پس از ایجاد نوروپاتی دیابتی، موش‌ها به­طور تصادفی در سه گروه تمرین یک‌نوبتی، تمرین دونوبتی و کنترل دیابتی قرار گرفتند. هر دو پروتکل تمرینی شامل شش هفته تمرین هوازی بود که با شدت 70-60 درصد حداکثر‌ اکسیژن‌مصرفی روی نوار گردان انجام شد. 48 ساعت پس‌ از آخرین جلسة تمرینی، از بخش حسی نخاع نمونه‌برداری شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از آزمـون‌های تحلیل واریـانس یک‌راهـه، تعقیبی شفـه، کروسـکال- والیس و من- ویتنی انجام شد (P < 0.05). براساس نتایج، میانگین سطح GDNF نواحی حسی نخاع گروه تمرین یک‌نوبتی (P = 0.146) و دونوبتی (P = 0.131) اختلافی با گروه کنترل نوروپاتی نداشت. همچنین، بین میانگین سطح GDNF گروه تمرین یک‌نوبتی و تمرین دونوبتی تفاوت معنا­دار مشاهده نشد (P = 0.990). میانگین سطح NF-KB در گروه تمرین یک‌نوبتی    (P = 0.022) و تمرین دونوبتی (P = 0.039) پایین‌تر از گروه کنترل نوروپاتی بود؛ ولی بین میانگین سطح NF-KB گروه­های تمرین یک‌نوبتی و دونوبتی تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشت (P = 0.994). نتایج آزمون‌های رفتاری درد نشان داد که شش هفته تمرین یک‌نوبتی و دونوبتی به کاهش معنادار درد نوروپاتی منجـر شد (P = 0.001)؛ در‌حالی‌که بین گروه‌های تمرین یک‌نوبتی و تمرین دونوبتی تفاوت معنادار نبود (P = 0.990). به­نظر می‌رسد که تمرین‌های استقامتی یک‌نوبتی و دو نوبتی بر سطوح NF-KB و درد تأثیر مثبت دارند و باعث کاهش عوارض نوروپاتی دیابتی می‌شوند؛ درحالی‌که بر سطح GDNF تأثیر ندارند.
