اثر ترکیبی هشت هفته تمرین در آب و تمرین مقاومتی بر شاخص‌های سردرد، کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به میگرن

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر ترکیب هشت هفته تمرین در آب و تمرین مقاومتی بر شاخص­های سردرد، کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به میگرن بود. تعداد 40 نفر زن مبتلا به میگرن در محدوده سنی 40 تا 50 سال به‌صورت نمونه­گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌ صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه تمرین در آب، تمرین مقاومتی، تمرین ترکیبی و گروه کنترل (هر گروه ده نفر) تقسیم شدند. در ابتدا متغیرهای تحقیق با ابزارهای استاندارد ارزیابی شدند. گروه­های تجربی در هشت هفته تمرینات ویژه شرکت کردند و در این مدت نیز گروه کنترل صرفاً به فعالیت‌های روزمره خود پرداختند و از شرکت در فعالیت‌های ورزشی پرهیز کردند. پس از اتمام تمرینات ورزشی، متغیرهای تحقیق در شرایط یکسان با پیش‌آزمون، مجدد ارزیابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که هشت هفته تمرین (ترکیبی و مجزا) بر شدت، مدت و تکرار سردرد زنان مبتلا به میگرن تأثیر معنا­داری داشت. هر سه نوع تمرین در آب، تمرین مقاومتی و تمرین ترکیبی باعث کاهش شدت سردرد زنان مبتلا به میگرن شد. همچنین هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی بر کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت خواب زنان مبتلا به میگرن تأثیر معنا­داری داشت. در نتیجه‌گیری می‌توان گفت، به نظر می­رسد که سه نوع تمرین در آب، مقاومتی و ترکیبی بر کاهش شاخص­های سردرد، بهبود کیفیت زندگی و کیفیت خواب بیماران زن مبتلا به میگرن تأثیرگذار باشد.
