چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل محتوای نشریۀ فیزیولوژی ورزشی در بازۀ زمانی (1395ـ1388) بود. تحلیل محتوا به‌صورت کمى و به‌لحاظ پراکندگى موضوعى انجام شد. پس از مراجعه به نسخۀ بایگانی شماره‌های منتشر‌‌شدۀ نشریه و ورود دادههای کمی خام در برگۀ کدگذاری، شاخصهای آماری توصیفی توسط نرمافزار اس.پی.اس.اس محاسبه شد و جدولهای توزیع فراوانی تنظیم گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که از مجموع 263 مقالۀ بررسی‌شده به‌لحاظ حوزۀ مطالعاتی، 3/64 درصد در حوزۀ سلامت، 4/22 درصد در حوزۀ ورزش قهرمانی و 3/13 درصد در سایر مباحث بوده است. از نظر روش پژوهش نیز 9/9 درصد مقالات توصیفی، 8/76 درصد نیمه‌تجربی، 5/12 درصد تجربی و 8/0 درصد مربوط به سایر روشها بوده‌اند. بررسی آزمودنی‌ها بیانگر آن است که از نظر سن، جوانان با 4/57 درصد دارای بیشترین سهم هستند و کمترین سهم از آن کودکان و سالمندان می‌باشد. همچنین، از نظر وضعیت سلامت به‌ترتیب افراد سالم (7/40 درصد) و بیمار (11 درصد) دارای بیشترین و کمترین فراوانی هستند. به‌لحاظ متغیر وابسته نیز قلب و عروق و تنفس (4/30 درصد) دارای بیشترین فراوانی بوده و تغذیۀ ورزشی (9/4 درصد) کمترین فراوانی را به‌خود اختصاص داده است. براساس یافتهها میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که بیشترین سهم مقالات منتشر‌شده در نشریۀ فیزیولوژی ورزشی به‌لحاظ حوزۀ مطالعاتی در حوزۀ سلامت و به‌لحاظ روش پژوهش در حوزۀ مطالعات نیمه‌تجربی است. به‌لحاظ آزمودنی‌ها نیز به‌طور عمده، مطالعات روی افراد سالم، غیرورزشکار و گروه سنی جوانان انجام شده است. درمجموع، با توجه به عدم توازن مطالعات انجام‌شده در حیطههای گوناگون فیزیولوژی ورزشی، تعیین اولویتهای پژوهشی برای این نشریه ضروری به‌نظر میرسد.
