چکیده
مصرف زیاد نوشیدنیهای شیرینشده با شکر میتواند منجر به اختلال در سطوح برخی از هورمونهای جنسی و اسپرماتوژنز گردد. دراینراستا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی فزاینده بر مقادیر سرمی برخی از هورمونهای جنسی و تعداد اسپرمها در موشهای صحرایی تغذیهشده با محلول ساکاروز بود. بدینمنظور، 32 سر موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار هشت تا 10 هفتهای (با میانگین وزنی 36/8±93/158 گرم) بهطور تصادفی ابتدا در دو گروه تغذیه با و بدون محلول ۳0 درصد شکر جای گرفتند و پس از گذشت چهار هفته، هریک از این گروهها به دو گروه تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرینی بهمدت هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی فزاینده را بهصورت سه روز در هفته و یک روز درمیان انجام دادند. وزن بدن، غلظت سرمی هورمونهای تستوسترون و تحریککنندۀ فولیکولی و لوتئینی اندازهگیری گردید و تعداد اسپرمهای اپیدیدیمی شمارش گشت. نتایج آزمون آنالیز واریانس دوسویه با سطح معناداری (P≤0.05) نشان میدهد که اثر تعاملی تمرین مقاومتی و تغذیه با محلول ساکاروز منجر به کاهش مقادیر سرمی هورمون لوتئینی (P=0.02) و تعداد اسپرمها (P<0.01) شده است. همچنین، مصرف محلول ساکاروز موجب کاهش معنادار مقادیر سرمی هورمونهای لوتئینی و تحریککنندۀ فولیکولی و تعداد اسپرمها (P<0.05) گردیده است. علاهبراین، تمرین مقاومتی فزاینده در گروه مصرفکنندۀ محلول ساکاروز منجر به کاهش معنادار سطوح سرمی هورمون لوتئینی (0.01P<) و تحریککنندۀ فولیکولی (P=0.04) درمقایسه با گروه کنترل شده است. این نتایج بیانگر آن است که تمرینات مقاومتی با شدت بالا ممکن است با تغییر در سطوح برخی از هورمونهای جنسی، منجر به اختلال بیشتر در روند اسپرماتوژنز در افرادی شود که مصرف مداوم و بالای شکر دارند.
