چکیده

پژوهش حاضر تأثیر تمرین مقاومتی را بر سطوح پروتئین شبهآنژیوپویتین-چهار و نیمرخ لیپیدی در زنان یائسه مورد بررسی قرارداده ­است. بدین منظور بیست زن چاقِ (شاخص تودۀ بدن33/3± 93/30 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع، سنین 5±8/57 سال)، یائسه و کم ­تحرک به ­طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (دوازده نفر) و کنترل (هشت نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی در دوازده هفته تمرینات مقاومتی، به شکل تمرین با وزنه، سه جلسه در هفته ، شامل هشت حرکت در سه دوره با هشت تا دوازده تکرار و با شدت چهل تا شصت و پنج درصد یک تکرار بیشینه شرکت کردند. سطوح سرمی پروتئین شبهآنژیوپویتین-چهار و سطوح کلسترول، تری­ گلیسرید، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی زیاد ، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی کم و لیپوپروتئین با چگالی خیلی کم خون و شاخص­ های آنتروپومتری قبل و بیست و چهار ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسۀ تمرین اندازه­ گیری شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها با آزمون تی مستقل وآزمون همبستگی پیرسون درسطح معنی­ داری 0.05<P انجام گرفت. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد اجرای دوازده هفته تمرینات مقاومتی می­تواند سبب تفاوت معنی­ دار تغییرات سطوح پروتئین شبهآنژیوپویتین چهار بین گروه تجربی و کنترل گردد. از بین شاخص ­های آنتروپومتریک نیزتغییرات بین­ گروهی درصد چربی بدن معنی ­دار بود. بنابر نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون ارتباط معنی ­داری بین سطوح اولیه و تغییرات پروتئین شبهآنژیوپویتین-چهار با سطوح اولیه و تغییرات فاکتورهای خونی و شاخص ­های آنتروپومتری پس از اجرای تمرینات مقاومتی وجود نداشت. بنابراین ممکن است؛ تمرینات مقاومتی با کاهش درصد چربی بدن و کاهش سطح سرمی پروتئین شبهآنژیوپویتین-چهار در زنان چاق یائسۀ کم ‏تحرک، بتواند در پیشگیری و درمان چاقی و بیماری­ های همراه با آن نظیر بیماری­ های قلبی- عروقی نقش داشته ­باشد.
