چکیده
پرفشار خونی یکی از شایعترین علتهای ابتلا به بیماریهای قلبی عروقی است که میتوان با استفاده از راهبردهای غیردارویی همچون ورزش و مکملهای آنتی اکسیدانی آن را کنترل کرد. هدف پژوهش بررسی اثر تمرین هوازی همراه با مصرف ژل رویال بر مهارکننده آنزیم مبدل آنژیوتانسین (ACE-I) و نیتریک اکساید (NO) پلاسما و VEGF بافت قلب موشهای مبتلا به پرفشار خونی بود.42 موش صحرایی نر به صورت تصادفی به شش گروه: کنترل، شم، ال- نیم، ال- نیم+ مکمل، ال- نیم+ تمرین، ال- نیم+ مکمل+ تمرین تقسیم شدند. به جز گروه کنترل و شم سایر گروهها به مدت هشت هفته و شش جلسه در هفته محلول ال- نیم (10 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم)، برای ایجاد پرفشارخونی، به صورت زیر صفاقی دریافت کردند. تمرین نوارگردان با سرعت 15 تا 22 متر در دقیقه به مدت 25 تا 64 دقیقه پنج جلسه در هفته به مدت هشت هفته در گروه های تمرینی اجرا شد. گروههای مکمل، ژل رویال را با دوز 100 میلیگرم/کیلوگرم به مدت هشت هفته و پنج بار در هفته به صورت گاواژ دریافت کردند. سنجش شاخصها با استفاده از کیت مورد نظر و به روش الایزا انجام شد. یافتهها نشان داد تمرین هوازی و مصرف ژل در گروه ترکیبی سبب افزایش معنیدار NO و ACE-I پلاسما نسبت به گروه ال- نیم و نیز افزایش معنیدار مقادیرVEGF بافت قلب گروه تمرین و گروه ترکیبی نسبت به گروه ال- نیم (P<0.05) میشود. بر اساس نتایج، با وجود اثر مثبت تمرین و مصرف ژل بر شاخص های پژوهش، این تغییرات در گروه ترکیبی معنیدار بود که نشانگر اثر هم افزایی آنها میباشد. لذا به نظر میرسد هشت هفته تمرین به همراه مصرف ژل رویال بتواند استرس اکسیداتیو ناشی از القای ال- نیم را کاهش دهد.
