چکیده

هدف این مقالة مروری، بررسی نظام­مند تأثیر فعالیت بدنی منظم بر سایتوکین در افراد مبتلا به مولتیپل ­اسکلروزیس است. این مطالعة مروری نظام­مند، براساس واژه‌های سیستم MeSH در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی پاب مد، گوگل اسکولار، ساینس دایرکت و اشپرینگر به زبان انگلیسی و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مگ ایران و جهاد دانشگاهی به زبان فارسی انجام شد. معیار های انتخاب مقاله شامل فارسی یا انگلیسی‌بودن زبان مقاله، بازة زمانی 15 سال اخیر، صرفاً مبتلایان به مولتیپل­ اسکلروزیس، بررسی اثر فعالیت بدنی منظم در مبتلایان به مولتیپل­ اسکلروزیس به­همراه ارزیابی فاکتورهای پیش‌التهابی و ضدالتهابی بود. روش کار مطالعات به‌وسیلة مقیاس PEDro ارزیابی شد. ازبین 1320 مطالعة موردبررسی، 18 مطالعه شرایط موردنظر را داشتند. میانگین شاخص PEDro مطالعات مرور شده 12/1 ± 72/6 بود. مطالعات از تمرین‌های استقامتی (سه مطالعه)، مقاومتی (پنج مطالعه)، ترکیبی (شش مطالعه)، ویبریشن (یک مطالعه) و تمرین در آب (سه مطالعه) استفاده کرده ­بودند. پرکاربردترین سایتوکین در مطالعات مرورشده به‌ترتیب مربوط به اینترلوکین شش و 10 (به‌ترتیب 10 و نه مطالعه) بودند. مطالعات بیشتری لازم است؛ اما فعالیت بدنی منظم می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک روش درمانی کمکی در بیماری مولتیپل ‌اسکلروزیس موردتوجه باشد و ازطریق تعدیل سایتوکین‌ها، بر روند بیماری مولتیپل ­اسکلروزیس مؤثر باشد.
