چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی چهار هفته فعالیت ورزشی تناوبی شدید بر بیان ژن CTRP15 عضلانی و انتقال‌دهندههای اسید چرب آدیپوسیتها در موشهای صحرایی بالغ نژاد ویستار بود. در این پژوهش، 14 سر موش صحرایی نر بالغ از نژاد ویستار (با سن هشت هفته) به‌صورت تصادفی ساده به دو گروه هفت‌‌تایی شاهد و تمرین تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین چهار هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید دویدن روی نوارگردان (پنج جلسه در هفته، از سرعت 35 تا 55 متر در دقیقه از هفتة اول تا هفتة چهارم) انجام دادند و گروه شاهد، هیچ‌گونه تمرینی نداشتند. عضلة نعلی، بافت چربی زیرپوستی هموژن‌شده، میزان بیان ژن CTRP15 و انتقال‌دهندههای اسید چرب (FABP4، FATP1 و (FATCD36 با روشReal- time PCR  برای هریک از بافتها سنجیده شدند. دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری تی مستقل با P
