چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثر پیش درمان تمرینات اینتروال و ویتامین دی (D) بر فاکتور نوروتروفیک مشتق از مغز (BDNF) و TNFα در مغز رت­های مدل آنسفالومیلیت خود ایمن تجربی (EAE) انجام شد. بدین منظور، 30 سر رت نژاد لوئیس شش هفته­ای، پنج روز در هفته و به مدت شش هفته تمرینات دوی اینتروال را به صورت ۱۰ تکرار ۱ دقیقه­ای انجام دادند. نسبت کار به استراحت ۱ به ۲ و کل زمان دویدن ۳۰ دقیقه در نظر گرفته شد. بعد از اتمام دوره تمرینی، رت­ها با نخاع خوکچه هندی و ادجوانت کامل ایمونیزه شدند. روند بیماری و تغییرات بالینی رت­ها به مدت 2 هفته بعد از القاء مدل بیماری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد رت­های ماده نژاد لوئیس مبتلا به آنسفالومیلیت خود ایمن تجربی افزایش معنی داری در اینترلوکین-10 (IL-10) (P=0.003) و کاهش معنی داری در فاکتور نکروز توموری آلفا (TNF-α) (P=0.001) داشتند اما تغییرات BDNF (P=0.62) به حد معناداری نرسید. همچنین علایم بالینی در موش­ها تمرین کرده با تاخیر ظاهر شد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر، به نظر می­رسد که تمرین اینتروال به مدت شش هفته به همراه ویتامین D میتواند ضمن به تاخیر انداختن بروز علایم بالینی، ذخایر شاخص­های ضدالتهابی و التهابی را در مغز مدل­های مبتلا به آنسفالومیلیت خود ایمن تجربی افزایش داده و در نتیجه به حفاظت عصبی کمک نماید.
