چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تمرین استقامتی بر میزان پروتئین‌های XBP-1 و ATF6 در بافت سیاتیک موش‌های صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار دیابتی بود.پژوهش ازنوع تجربی با طرح پس‌آزمون به‌همراه گروه کنترل بود و به شیوۀ آزمایشگاهی انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش، 32 سر رت 10 هفته‌ای با میانگین وزن 16/10 ± 253 گرم در چهار گروه سالم کنترل، سالم تمرین، دیابت کنترل و دیابت تمرین به‌صورت تصادفی تقسیم شدند. برای القای دیابت پس از 12 ساعت ناشتایی، از روش تزریق درون‌صفاقی محلول STZ (45 میلی‌گرم/کیلوگرم) استفاده شد. 48 ساعت پس از تزریق، پروتکل تمرین استقامتی با شدت متوسط به‌مدت شش هفته اجرا شد. 24 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسة تمرینی، رت‌ها تشریح شدند و عصب سیاتیک آن‌ها استخراج شد. میزان پروتئین‌های XBP-1 و ATF6 به روش الایزا اندازه‌گیری شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری از نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس.و از آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس دوطرفه با اندازه‌گیری تکراری و تی مستقل برای آزمون تعقیبی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تمرین استقامتی باعث کاهش معنادار میزان پروتئین‌های XBP-1 (P=0.007) و ATF6 (P=0.001) در گروه دیابت تمرین‌کرده نسبت به گروه دیابت کنترل می‌شود. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که میزان پروتئین‌های XBP-1 و ATF6 که احتمالاً از عوامل مؤثر بر دیابت و تخریب عصب هستند، دراثر تمرین استقامتی در رت‌های سالم و دیابتی کاهش یافته‌اند که می‌تواند به روند جلوگیری از تخریب عصب کمک کند.
