چکیده
هدف مطالعة حاضر، بررسی تأثیر 12 هفته تمرین استقامتی و مصرف آگونیست هورمون آزادکنندة گونادوتروپین (GnRH) و بیتمرینی، بر سطوح سرمی هورمون رشد (GH)، تیرویدوتیرونین (T3) و تیروکسین (T4) در دختران با بلوغ زودرس مرکزی بود. تعداد 25 دختر شش تا هشت سال با بلوغ زودرس (میانگین قد 124 سانتیمتر، وزن 3/27 کیلوگرم) بهصورت تصادفی به سه گروه (دارو، ورزش و دارو + ورزش) تقسیم شدند و 10 دختر شش تا هشت سال سالم (بدون بلوغ زودرس) با همان میانگین قد و وزن، بهعنوان گروه کنترل درنظر گرفته شدند. ابتدا،سطوح سرمی GH، T3 و T4 به روش الایزا اندازهگیری شدند. سپس، گروههای آزمایش، برنامة تمرین استقامتی را سه جلسه در هفته، 25 تا 75 دقیقه با شدت 45 تا 75 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب بهمدت 12 هفته انجام دادند. همچنین، درطی مطالعه، گروههای دارو آگونیست GnRH را (هر چهار هفته یک میلیلیتر) بهصورت تزریق عضلانی دریافت کردند. سطوح سرمی GH، T3 و T4، 48 ساعت پس از اتمام پروتکل و پس از چهار هفته بیتمرینی دوباره اندازهگیری شدند. آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری نشان داد که 12 هفته تمرین استقامتی بهتنهایی و همچنین، تمرین استقامتی + آگونیست GnRH باعث کاهش سطوح GH، T3 و T4 شدند و پس از بیتمرینی، مقادیر هورمونها تقریباً به سطوح پیش از تمرین بازگشتند. دارو سطوح GH را پس از 16 هفته کاهش داد؛ اما تأثیری در سطوح هورمونهای تیروئیدی نداشت. باتوجه به یافتههای این پژوهش، تمرینات استقامتی و استفاده از آگونیست GnRH میتوانند تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد هورمونها در دختران با بلوغ زودرس داشته باشند و بیتمرینی به ازبینرفتن فواید حاصل منجر میشود.
