چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر شش هفته تمرین دایره‌ای با شدت بالا بر سطوح سرمی پرپتین و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان دارای اضافه‌وزن بود. تعداد 20 دانشجوی دارای اضافه‌وزن (سن: 6/3 ± 5/22 سال، وزن: 6/5 ± 1/74 کیلوگرم، شاخص تودة بدن: 9/0 ± 4/27 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع) به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل (نُه نفر) و تمرین دایره‌ای با شدت بالا (11 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرین به‌مدت شش هفته تمرین‌های دایره‌ای با شدت بالا را به‌صورت دایره‌ای در شش ایستگاه انجام دادند؛ ولی گروه کنترل به زندگی روزمرة خود ادامه دادند. قبل و بعد از دوره، دو نمونة خونی در حالت استراحت گرفته شد و برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای موردنظر با استفاده از روش‌های الایزا و رنگ‌سنجی آنزیمی استفاده شد. از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری در سطح P ≤ 0.05  برای تحلیل آماری استفاده شد. کاهش پرپتین (0.049 = P) و انسولین (0.008 = P) در گروه تمرین نسبت به کنترل، معنادار بود؛ درحالی‌که کاهش گلوکز ناشتا (0.54 =P ) و مقاومت به انسولین (0.15 = P) معنادار نبود. همچنین، ارتباط معناداری بین تغییرات پرپتین و مقاومت به انسولین مشاهده شدP < 0.04) ،r = 0.48 )؛ براین‌اساس، شش هفته تمرین دایره‌ای با شدت بالا بر مقادیر سرمی پرپتین زنان دارای اضافه‌وزن مؤثر است. با توجه به وجود ارتباط بین پرپتین و مقاومت به انسولین، احتمالاً بررسی پرپتین در فرایند مقاومت به انسولین دارای اهمیت است.
