چکیده

تمرین مقاومتی، جزء مهم برنامة تمرینی در بیشتر فعالیت­های ورزشی است. تمرین مقاومتی کم‌شدت همراه با محدودیت جریان خون نیز می­تواند باعث افزایش قدرت عضلانی و استقامت موضعی شود؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعة اثر تمرین کم‌شدت برونگرا با محدودیت جریان خون بر حجم عضله و عملکرد جسمانی فوتبالیست­های مردانجام شد.بدین‌منظور، 40 فوتبالیست انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه تمرین مقاومتی سنتی (تعداد = 10)، تمرین مقاومتی کم‌شدت برونگرا با محدودیت جریان خون (تعداد = 10)، تمرین مقاومتی شدید برونگرا بدون محدودیت جریان خون (تعداد = 10) و کنترل (تعداد = 10) تقسیم شدند.قبل و پس از دورة تمرینی هشت‌هفته­ای، آزمون­های قدرت و استقامت عضلانی گرفته شد و هایپرتروفی عضلانی با توجه به روش اولتراسوند اندازه­گیری شد. برای مقایسة بین گروه­ها از روش تجزیه‌وتحلیل واریانس با اندازه­گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد (0.05P). نتایج حاکی از آن بود که گروه­های تجربی تمرین برونگرا با محدودیت جریان خون و تمرین سنتی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل در آزمون قدرت بالاتنه افزایش معنا­داری داشتند(P < 0.001). همچنین، در قدرت عضلات پا بین گروه­ها تفاوت معنا­دار وجود نداشت، اما تغییرات درون‌گروهی در همة گروه­های تجربی افزایش معنا­داری را نشان داد. همچنین، استقامت عضلات پا افزایش معناداری را در تمام گروه­های تجربی نشان داد. نتایج بین گروهی حاکی از وجود افزایش معنا­دار بین گروه تمرینات مقاومتی سنتی با گروه تمرینات مقاومتی برونگرا بدون محدودیت جریان خون (0.001 = P) و بین گروه تمرینات مقاومتی سنتی و گروه تمرینات مقاومتی برونگرا با محدودیت جریان خون با گروه کنترل (0.001 =P ) بود. تفاوت معنا­داری در استقامت عضلات بالاتنه ( 0.18= P)، هایپرتروفی عضلات چهارسرران ( 0.12= P) و همسترینگ ( 0.053= P) وجود نداشت (0.05 <P). هر سه برنامة تمرین مقاومتی برونگرا با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون و سنتی اثری مشابه بر قدرت، استقامت و هایپرتروفی عضلانی در فوتبالیست­ها داشتند. به‌دلیل استفاده از بار کمتر در تمرینات مقاومتی برونگرا با محدودیت جریان خون و کسب نتیجة مشابه، ورزشکاران و مربیان می­توانند از این نوع برنامه استفاده کنند.
