چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ایجاد نسخة فارسی پرسش‌نامة «فعالیت بدنی نونهالان» و بررسی ویژگی­های روان­سنجی آن انجام شد. جامعة آماری پژوهش دانش­آموزان پایة چهارم تا هشتم مدارس دولتی استان مازندران در سال 1397 بودند که 864 نفر (میانگین سنی 19/1 ± 90/11 سال) با روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای از دو مقطع ابتدایی و متوسطة اول انتخاب شدند. ابتدا نسخة اصلی پرسش‌نامه به فارسی ترجمه شد و با روش استاندارد بازترجمه تأیید شد. سپس، آزمودنی­ها آن را  تکمیل کردند. ویژگی­های روان­سنجی پرسش‌نامه شامل پایایی از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب همبستگی درون‌طبقه­ای، به­علاوة همبستگی گویه­ها با نمرة کل تصحیح­شده و همچنینروایی از طریق شاخص روایی محتوا، روایی سازه با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی (439 نفر) و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی (425 نفر) و روایی همگرا با گام­شمار (328نفر) بررسی شدند. نتایج پژوهش، برازش خوب مدل نسخة فارسی پرسش‌نامة «فعالیت بدنی نونهالان» را نشان داد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 89/0 و ضریب همبستگی درون‌طبقه­ای برابر با 92/0 بود. تمام ضرایب همبستگی گویه­ها با نمرة کل تصحیح­شده بیش از 3/0 بود. شاخصروایی محتوا برابر با 91/0 بود. تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی ساختار تک‌عاملی را نشان داد و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی ساختار تک‌عاملی را تأیید کرد. همبستگی نمرات پرسش‌نامة فعالیت بدنی نونهالان با میزان فعالیت بدنی گام­شمار 41/0 (P = 0.000) بود؛ بنابراین، براساس این مطالعه، نسخة فارسی پرسش‌نامة «فعالیت بدنی نونهالان» ابزاری روا و پایا برای سنجش فعالیت بدنی نونهالان ایرانی است.
