چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی آثار هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح سالوسینهای آلفا و بتا و شاخصهای التهابیدر زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو انجام شد. بدینمنظور، 45 آزمودنی داوطلب بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه 15 نفرة تمرین هوازی، تمرین مقاومتی و کنترل تقسیم شدند. تمرینهای مقاومتی و هوازی بهمدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و با پیروی از یک الگوی پیشرفت تدریجی انجام شدند. تمرین مقاومتی شامل هشت تا 12 تکرار و شدت 60 تا 70 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه و تمرین هوازی شامل 30 تا 50 دقیقه دویدن روی نوار گردان با شدت 65 تا 75 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه بود. پیش و پس از دورة مداخله، سطوح سرمی سالوسینهای آلفا و بتا، مالون دی آلدئید و اینترلوکین یک بتا در هر سه گروه اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشاندهندة کاهش معنادارسطوح سالوسین بتا در گروه هوازی(P = 0.015) و گروه مقاومتی(P = 0.019) بود. از سوی دیگر، سطوح سالوسین آلفا در هر دو گـروه هـوازی (P = 0.034) و مقاومتی (P = 0.012)افزایش معنادار داشت. همـچنین سـطوح اینتـرلوکین یک بتـادر گـروه هـوازی (P = 0.034) و مقاومتی (P = 0.041) کاهش معنادار داشت، اما سطوح مالون دی آلدئیددر هیچکدام از گروهها تغییر معنادار نداشت. تغییرات سطوح سالوسین آلفا، سالوسین بتا و اینترلوکین یک بتابین دو گروه هوازی و مقاومتی تفاوت معنادار نداشت. براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، انجام هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی یا تمرین هوازی میتواند آثار سودمندی بر سطوح سالوسینهای آلفا و بتا و اینترلوکین یک بتادر زنان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو داشته باشد.
