چکیده
این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر شش ماه تمرین مقاومتی و دو هفته بیتمرینی متعاقب آن، بر تغییرات اورکسین و چربیهای خون در مردان چاق انجام شد. ۳۰ مرد غیرفعال (سن: ۷/۱ ± ۲۱سال، قد: ۵/۷ ± ۵/۱۷۵سانتی متر، وزن:۳۵/۵ ± ۷۵/۹۵ کیلوگرم) بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره شامل گروه تجربی (هفت حرکت، چهار ست هشت تکراری با شدت 80 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه، سه جلسه در هفته و بهمدت شش ماه) و گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. نمونهگیری در پیشآزمون، ۴۸ ساعت، هشت، ۱۶ و ۲۴ هفته پس از تمرینهای مقاومتی و بهدنبال دو هفته بیتمرینی انجام شد. تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر نشان داد که یک جلسه فعالیت بر متغیرهای پژوهش تأثیر نداشت. غـلظت پلاسمایی اورکسین (P = 0.005)، LDL (P = 0.004، P = 0.001، P = 0.001)، TG (P = 0.020، P = 0.012، P = 0.002) و وزن (P = 0.001، P = 0.001 ، P = 0.001) بهترتیب در مراحل هشت، ۱۶ و ۲۴ هفته تمرین و TC(P = 0.025، P = 0.002) پس از ۱۶ و ۲۴ هفته فعالیت در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کمتر بود.HDL پس از هشت، ۱۶ و ۲۴ هفته فعالیت در گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بیشتر بود (P = 0.001). دو هفته بیتمرینی باعث افزایش معنادار وزن (P = 0.014)، LDL (P = 0.002)، TG (P = 0.006) و کاهش معنادار HDL (P = 0.001) در مقایسه با آخرین جلسة فعالیت شد، اما هنوز از مقدار اولیه بهتر بود. درمجموع، انجامدادن فعالیت مقاومتی علاوهبر تأثیر بر هورمون اورکسین باعث بهبود وزن و نیمرخ چربی در مردان چاق شد و متناسب با طول دورة تمرینی، سازگاریها محسوستر بود؛ هرچند این سازگاریها با بیتمرینی تضعیف شدند.
