چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثر 12 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بصورت دایره ای بر نشانگرهای متابولیکی و هورمونی توده استخوانی مردان سالمند انجام شد. تعداد30 نفر مرد سالمند با میانگین و انحراف معیار سن: 82/4±63/67سال؛وزن:89/8±82/75 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدن: 28/3±53/27 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع به صورت تصادفی دردو گروه تمرین ترکیبی و کنترل قرار گرفتند. تمرین مقاومتی دایره ای با شدت 30 تا 55% یک تکرار بیشینه،3 بار در هفته برای 12هفته اجرا شد، در حالی که گروه کنترل سبک زندگی معمول خود را حفظ کردند. نشانگرهای هورمونی مرتبط با متابولیسم استخوان شامل هیدروکسی ویتامین D3، هورمون پاراتیروئید، استئوکلسین، آلکالین فسفات، کلسی تونین و کلسیم قبل و پس ازمداخله تمرینی اندازه گیری شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های t وابسته و تحلیل کوواریانس در سطح کمتر از 05/0 انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس، افزایش معناداری در سطوح کلسی تونین (70/2±80/14 در مقابل 75/3±67/12میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر، 037/0=p) و کلسیم (65/0±70/9 در مقابل 47/0±09/9 میلی گرم بر دسی لیتر، 006/0=p) در گروه تمرین مقاومتی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل پس از 12 هفته مداخله نشان داد. با این حال، هیچگونه تغییرات معنادار بین گروهی در متغیرهای هورمون پاراتیروئید، هیدروکسی ویتامین D3، استئوکلسین، آلکالین فسفات مشاهده نشد (05/0p>). پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، دوازده هفته تمرینات مقاومتی بصورت دایره ای منجر به بهبود قابل توجهی در برخی نشانگرهای هورمونی و متابولیک استخوان در افراد سالمند شد. مطالعات بیشتر با پیگیری طولانی مدت برای تأیید این یافته ها باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
