چکیده
هدف از مطالعه مروری حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی تمرین ورزشی در منزل بر بیماران قلبی-عروقی بود. بدین منظور، برای مقالات داخل کشور، پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Sid.ir و Magiran.com و نیز سامانة نشریات علمی و پژوهشی مورد تأیید وزارت علوم در رشته علوم ورزشی، از سال 1380 تا 1401 جستوجو شدند. واژههای کلیدی مورد استفاده برای جستوجو، «تمرین ورزشی در منزل (HBET)» در ترکیب با «بیماران قلبی» یا «بیماریهای قلبی-عروقی » یا «تمرین هوازی» یا «تمرین مقاومتی» بود. برای مقالات به زبان انگلیسی در بازه سالهای 2000 تا 2022، از پایگاههای اطلاعاتیPubMed Megapaper, و Google Scholar استفاده شد. واژههای کلیدی جستجو شده «home-based exercise training» در ترکیب با «cardiac patients» یا «cardiovascular diseases» یا «aerobic exercise training» یا «resistance exercise training» بود. نتایج حاکی از آن است که اجرای HBET، به عنوان جایگزین یا مکمل تمرینات ورزشی نظارت شده، مبتنی بر بیمارستان و یا بهعنوان بخشی از برنامههای توانبخشی در منزل، مقرون بهصرفه، در دسترس و ایمن میباشد. همچنین کمک میکند تا بر موانع ورزشی غلبه شود و پایبندی به ورزش را افزایش میدهد، لذا احتمالاً با رعایت اصل تکرار، شدت، زمان و نوع تمرین، بیماران قلبی-عروقی میتوانند از این شیوه تمرین بهره ببرند.
