چکیده

اهداف: سرکوب سیستم ایمنی ناشی از شیمی درمانی عارضه جانبی درمان سرطان است. تمرین ورزشی تنظیم کننده مؤثری برای زنده ماندن و عملکرد سلول‌های ایمنی می‌باشد. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) بر نوتروپنی در بیماران سرطانی پس از پیوند سلول‌های بنیادی خونساز بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: 20 بیمار مبتلا به لنفوم و مالتپیل میلوما به دو گروه ورزش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه ورزش آزمون پلکانی بیشینه و سپس به مدت پنج روز تمرین ورزشی روی چرخ کارسنج به مدت 24 دقیقه (سه تناوب کار و استراحت چهار دقیقه‌ای با 80 و 40 درصد اوج توان بیشنه) انجام دادند، در حالی‌که گروه کنترل هیچ فعالیت ورزشی نداشتند. خونگیری روزانه در طول دوره درمان انجام می‌گرفت. تحلیل آماری داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون‌های آنوا، تی مستقل و من ویتنی یو در سطح معناداری کمتر از 05/0 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: تعداد گلبول‌های سفید در روز سلول‌گیری و گرفتن پیوند لکوسیتی، در گروه ورزش نسبت به گروه کنترل به طور معناداری بیشتر بود (P<0.05). مقدار و تعداد روزهای تجویز داوری فاکتور تحریک کننده کلنی گرانولوسیت قبل از پیوند در گروه ورزش به طور معناداری از گروه کنترل کمتر بود (P<0.05). تعداد روزهای نوتروپنی و میزان مصرف آنتی بیوتیک بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری نشان نداد (P>0.05).
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اثر مثبت تمرین بر پیوندپذیری لکوسیتی، احتمالا بیماران می‌توانند از تمرینات در کنار مراقبت‌های معمول بهره ببرند.
