تأثیر مصرف حاد مکمل آب چغندر بر شاخص‌های عملکرد بی‌هوازی در افراد تمرین‌کرده: یک مرور نظام‌مند و فراتحلیل

چکیده
آب چغندر (BRJ) سرشار از نیترات‌های معدنی (NO3-) است که دارای خواص ارگوژنیک است؛ بااین‌حال، در حال حاضر هیچ تحلیل سیستماتیکی برای ارزیابی اثرات مکمل نیترات حاد، به‌طور انحصاری بر عملکرد بی‌هوازی در افراد تمرین کرده و ورزشکار وجود ندارد؛ ازاین‌رو هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی نظام‌مند متون فعلی و ارزیابی تأثیر مصرف حاد مکمل آب چغندر بر شاخص‌های عملکرد بی‌هوازی در افراد تمرین‌کرده به صورت فراتحلیل بود. جستجوی سیستماتیک متون برای مقالات انگلیسی و فارسی تا شهریور ماه 1403 انجام شد. تفاوت میانگین و فاصله اطمینان ۹۵% (CI) با استفاده از مدل اثر تصادفی محاسبه شد. تعداد 11 مطالعه با 140 بزرگسال جوان سالم ورزشکار یا تمرین‌کرده (42 زن و 98 مرد)، با میانگین سنی 3/20 الی 86/30 و میانگین BMI 41/20 الی 21/24 وارد فراتحلیل حاضر شد. نتایج نشان داد، مصرف حاد مکمل آب چغندر قرمز بر شاخص‌های عملکرد بی‌هوازی اعم از توان بیشینه ]33/0P=، 109/0-=[SMD، توان کمینه ]25/0P=، 120/0-=[SMD، میانگین توان بی‌هوازی ]13/0P=، 134/0-=[SMD و شاخص خستگی ]56/0P=، 105/0-=[SMD در افراد تمرین‌کرده و ورزشکار تأثیر معناداری ندارد. به‌طورکلی، نتایج فراتحلیل حاضر نشان داد که مکمل‌ حاد آب چغندر هیچ بهبودی درخورتوجهی در شاخص‌های عملکرد بی‌هوازی ارائه نمی‌کند. تحقیقات آینده می‌توانند پتانسیل انرژی‌زایی را با بهینه‌سازی استراتژی مکمل چغندر از نظر دوز مصرفی، مصرف مکمل آب چغندر به شکل‌های مزمن و کوتاه‌مدت بررسی کنند.
